I had an awesome experience with Self Storage at Centerra for the past two years. Jordan immediately had available units and provided me locks. The units were clean, the facility is gated and it was easy access. Unfortunately for me, my debit card had fraud charges a couple of times during this period which affected my auto payment. Jordan was completely understanding and did not charge any late fees until I could get a new card. I would highly recommend Self Storage at Centerra  LB

My wife and I would like to share our experience with Krista. When I was dealing with her on the phone, I was VERY impressed with how she handled my requests I had never rented a storage area before and questions. When I met her in person a few weeks later, I instantly knew I was dealing with a highly competent person who truly cared about not only her job but her customers. When my wife and I went by last week, the area had seen snow and when we went to the gate, she came out of her office and told us to watch the ice, as the sanding crew had not yet arrived. Amenities are great, customer service is the best!! Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had renting units or moving, ever! Krista got me set up with a last minute storage unit in minutes and did so with a genuine smile and “want” to help. Thanks!

Very helpful and informative.  Did it all over the phone with payments . Took less then 5 minutes to sign papers and get the lock they provided for me. Clean facility.  Good location  . The people in the office are very nice.  I will say that I think it would be nice if they would have restrooms for their customers.  Didn't look all around . There could be I might not of seen them too.

I have used a few storage places in my time. These folks are the best I've worked with yet. Always super friendly, and the place is clean, safe, and easily-accessible. What more do you want in a storage place?!  Great job Centerra! Thanks!

Clean facility in an excellent location, , very easy to swing by on my way home from work. I rent a 10x10, we toured a few units and Jordan was able to help supply the best size unit for our overflow from the crawl space and garage.  Honestly it’s low maintenance, Autopay is easy - the two times I’ve had questions the team was readily available. Around good neighborhoods too 10/10 stars

The staff at Self Storage at Centerra couldn't be better.  They are very accommodating and made every step of the rental process easy.  They were willing to work with us about what size we needed and made sure we had access to anything we would need to help our move.  We would highly recommend them.

Jordan and his staff are awesome!  We needed his largest climate controlled unit, but could not give them a definite date.  They reserved the unit and worked with us when it was time to unload our 70 foot truck.  The establishment is secure, clean and accessible, and the staff is ready to assist. I highly recommend Self Storage at Centerra.

Clean, safe, well-maintained facility, reasonable prices and great service.  We had a great experience using Self Storage at Centerra storing most of our household items there for over nine-months.  Definitely recommend.

Good facility.  Easy access and accommodating staff. There are mice as with any facility like this, so if you are storing a car, set traps and check them regularly.  I will use them again.
