Recently we had the visitation and funeral service for my mother at Sellars Funeral Home in Hendersonville.  Saying goodbye to a close friend or relative is never easy but Derek and Sebrina went out of their way to make things as simple and easy as possible. They made everything go smoothly, there were no high pressure sales techniques, and they treated us with nothing but respect and kindness.  The facility itself is beautiful, the chapel where the service was held had light pouring in from elegant windows with a waterfall and koi pond just outside it. Everything was very well kept up, clean, and beautiful. I wish my mother could have seen it.  Derek and Sebrina also worked to make us more comfortable about holding the service during this pandemic and did everything we asked to make sure all of the guests were comfortable as well.  I have nothing but good things to say about Derek, Sebrina, and Sellars Funeral Home itself.

This was the most beautiful place, more like a resort than the traditional cold bland funeral home. Everything was perfect from the start Jud was simply amazing and took the time to get acquainted with all of the family. At times It seemed he was family. The whole staff was fantastic. This was my second time there and both equally a wonderful experience for such a sad time. Jud took care of everything for my dad, even the flight there. The place has beautiful fires, fireplaces fountains and all glass not the stale maroon curtains. It made a hard 2 days not so depressing. I encourage everyone to take the time to see this place.

Mr. Sellars buried my mother in law in 2008 in Lebanon Tn.  My husband and I felt we had the perfect funeral for her. Most beautiful funeral home and the staff were so kind and caring. Now we have one of his beautiful Funeral Homes located here in Hendersonville. I would highly recommend Sellars Funeral Services in your time if need.
