Absolutely the worst experience ive ever encountered. The receptionists are hateful and write down an appt but dont put it into the system. Drove 45 mins to be turned away saying there was no appt scheduled when I had a card to prove it. When my mom had a tooth pulled they kicked her out then told her to go to her dr for pain relief after they mutilated her gums trying to get her wisdom tooth out. Absolutely would NOT recommend!
I was experiencing excruciating pain and was fit in quickly for an emergency appointment. The lady I spoke with was very understanding. I did have about an hour wait after scheduled appointment time but that's understandable since they had to fit me in last minute. My hygienist was very kind and super cool. Lori Adell was the dentist I saw and she's an absolute sweetheart. Great bedside manners. I had several extractions and I was surprised how quickly and smoothly my appointment was. I highly recommend semo dental and Dr Adell!
When dealing with the staff at this location They did an excellent job. However, the nurse practitioner that I saw was less than stellar to say the least. I still cannot figure out why he would want to send me to a neurologist to get a shingles shot. I heard him correctly and did not misunderstand him. When the nurse called to give me my lab results I was told that all of a sudden I had level 3 kidney failure. After checking on prior and recent lab results I had my doubts as to the validity of that. So I had new labs drawn at another facility. My new lab results for my kidney function were normal. But what bothered me the most was when he told me that I needed to quickly tell him what my medical conditions were because he had other things to do. After speaking with other medical professionals in the area, I have learned that over the last 20 years he has developed a bad reputation. It is for these reasons that I will not recommend going to this facility.
I have been calling since December 2022 to try and schedule appointments. It’s Feb 2023 and I can’t even get them in the schedule. Every month they said call back at the beginning of the next month. I called in jan and they were full. Called Feb 1 closed Feb 3 closed Feb 6 not taking appointments because dentist sick. It’s so frustrating. They will not even let us put a date on the books. Why?!
I'd give this place 0 stars ...I got treated horrible here and there receptionist can't keep the appointments straight ..when I reported this to Corp office I got booted out completely after they mutilated my gums and left me hurting for 2 days told me to go to my own Dr for relief ...what a damn joke
Firstly, Karin isn't my real name, it's an alias. This place is really good to me, at least. My dentist doesn't make me feel bad about the poor shape my teeth are in; on the contrary, she's quite nice and she likes to make small talk. She's very understanding and is willing to help with insurance.
I just had a tooth pulled and there wasn't any pain. They were kind and explained everything. I didn't get the dentist name but she was a young lady. Very nice.
Went above and beyond for my son. Thank you to the staff for bringing my son in today with a really bad tooth and taking amazing care of him. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. I recommend this dentist to anyone.
One star is one star too many! This place is horrible. I wish I had gone some place other than this one. Staff was rude, unprofessional and uninformed. Someone needs to turn these people in for perpetratoring a dental office.
