On vacation & unfortunately my Willow got sick, found this vet on Google & so glad we did! Highly recommend Dr. Kaufmann & staff! Thank you so very kindly for taking care of our little girl 5 hours away from home
Dr. Kaufman is wonderful. She's very nice, professional and knowledgeable. She takes good care of all my cats. She has done teeth extractions on one and a small surgery on another for me. All went great.
We were desparately searching for a vet to see our cat Mews when somebody shot him but Dr Kaufman was the only one who would take him as emergency without an appointment. Unfortunately he was past saving but she and her staff were very helpful and compassionate with us and our boy.
Comes across as a little condescending at times, and I felt that I wasn’t being listened to as much as I had hoped to. If a consumer is giving as much information as possible it’s very impolite to be questioned as if they are not accurate or telling the truth about their pet. No one likes to feel like they are being judged. On the other hand she was very concerned about the welfare of my pet. Probably won’t go back.
I take all of my foster animals here. They have always been helpful from my little rats to my big pitty Beau. I always trust her judgement. The staff is always friendly and always there for questions when it is needed.
Definitely want to avoid Seneca Lake Veterinary. I've had numerous experiences being called on my personal cell phone-- they said that they had "messed up my paperwork" and that I "owe them more money"-- turns out that it was over an $8 Heartgaurd pill after I spent over $400 there. They even threatened to "submit me to a collections agency" if I didn't return the pill immediately. I'm saddened by this very disappointing behavior. Additionally, they try really hard to up-sell products and I usually have left feeling taken advantage of.
They got us through a hard time with the loss of a furry family member with kindness and understanding. They were able to see us on extremely short notice, at times. Will be returning.
Dr. Kauffman and Stacy have both been helpful and compassionate in helping me take care of my aging lab, Lily.
Well, I loved her and always had a good experience with my cats. I'm sorry to see her retire.
Highly recommend Dr. Kaufmann and staff. My dog Olaf love them and is very happy when we get there.
