Senica was very efficient and easy to work with while getting us our new insurance. It was such an easy process to switch over, he asked a couple of questions and did all of the work! Not to mention our rates are even lower! So happy with Senica and definitely recommend!

I recently needed new auto insurance and was referred to Seneca Insurance. I am rating Seneca Insurance 5 stars for the following reasons: •Seneca always responded to my texts. I actually stopped his office, unannounced, and he was able to handled my query despite being busy with vendors. • The process of getting an accepted policy took longer than expected. However, Seneca provided me with updates. So while the delay was frustrating, I was able to plan/accommodate because Seneca kept me in the know. It seems somewhat weird to rate Seneca Insurance a full 5 stars because, while the office smells nice, there are virtually no frills no coffee, I don’t remember comfortable chairs but I could be wrong on both. But Seneca was a nice guy and I like his business story, so I am awarding 5 stars even though he’s missing some of the frills that I normally expect with a 5 star review. Compared to anywhere else in town, I’d pick Seneca.

Senica Omernik WILL provide a lower premium and monthly rate for your auto insurance. I personally utilized their services for auto insurance but I’m sure their expertise goes well beyond just Auto Insurance…I went to the major companies first and almost settled.
