Our Process -

We have a professional, process-oriented staff ready to serve our clients and their families.

When a prospective client contacts a Senior Helpers office, they set up a complimentary initial assessment at the client’s location to discuss the client’s needs and formulate a care plan. If necessary, a staff member, Social Worker or RN (depending on the State regulations) will conduct a full nursing assessment to gauge the client’s status and clarify the care plan.

They determine the most appropriate caregiver for the client using the assessment information and the caregiver matching process. Service starts on the pre-determined date. Follow-up is conducted immediately after service begins and on a periodic basis to ensure excellent care delivery.

From the 1st phone call to interview Senior Helpers as a company to our 1st meeting to review with Senior Helpers as to how all this works, to the initial visit from the Nurse to see the home situation, and to the the aid who was assigned it has been the most stress free experience. It is to difficult to leave the care of a loved one in someone else's hands when you live out of state and the aid who takes care of my father could not be anymore wonderful, considerate, and caring.
Senior helpers helped us provide my mother care and us respite that we desperately needed. During such a challenging time it was such a relief to have reliable and compassionate staff. We highly recommend using senior helpers to assist with care for someone you love.
Ann I cannot say enough great things about Chantale Louis Charles!! She is so patient, kind and respectful to my sister Ann as she is our primary caregiver for her. She is always going above and beyond my expectations and is a loving, caring companion to her. Marie Olivier in the office is also the Best! She has run through hoops trying to find a perfect match in care staff to work with Ann. She calls me on her own time to make sure I am happy with the care Ann is getting and to be sure I don't need anything. She has gone into the office on a Saturday when a substitute caregiver went to Allegro without her ID card, printed an ID card for her and called and apologized for the caregiver being late. Marie is outstanding!! I feel as though both of these women are an extended part of my family. They have made my life and my sisters life bearable as Ann lives through this ugly disease of Alzheimer's. Have have loved her like she was family and I am so grateful to both of them. From the moment I called to request services I was treated with kindness and professionalism. I explained the situation exactly - that the patient had dementia and was blind and was moving to a new location and required being quarantined for 14 days and was not allowed visitors. No easy feat for anyone to handle. But the companions sent both over a 2 week period exceeded all expectations. They each called the family daily, often more than once to "check in", bonded with the patient and facilitated his adjustment to a brand new environment. Senior Helpers went above & beyond - they were always accessible and willing to do whatever was necessary for a smooth transition. In addition they provided 5 star ***** employees - beginning from those who answered the phone to the schedulers to the caregivers to management. Thank you Senior Helpers - not only for what you have done but for the efficient, professional, empathetic and seamless way you have done it !!!
Working with Senior Helpers has been a blessing these last few months. They are highly accessible, responsive, and understanding, and made The whole process easy. Most importantly, the two aides that have recently helped my mother have been wonderful. I highly recommend them.
Mike was extremely helpful on my mothers move from independent living to assisted. His guidance and patience was extremely helpful in doing this from afar by phone. My mothers transition was easy and her place looked almost the same from one apartment to another... so she could find things and feel relaxed I would recommend him for sure during a very stressful time and all the COVID restrictions.

I work with many Senior Helpers at our community in Boynton Beach and I am extremely impressed with their kindness and caring with our community's residents. One of the Senior Helpers who I am most impressed with is Vanise. She consistently goes above and beyond. Vanise is always calm and respectful even when helping someone who is angry and aggressive. She smiles nearly all of the time and speaks kindly and lovingly to the people whom she takes care of. I cannot say enough good things about her!
