The Seniors Job Bank (SJB) is a CT non-profit 501c(3) organization providing free job referral services to seniors (50+) who are looking for part time work
The SJBCT was established in 1974 and is a 501c(3) nonprofit business located in room 216 in West Hartford’s Town Hall that is run by volunteers and a part time office manager.SJBT receives no revenue for its services. Expenses relating to communicating its mission, providing job referrals and opportunities for seniors, are funded by donations from foundations, local businesses and philanthropic individuals.
To provide employment opportunities for Seniors (50+) and provide experienced staff to employers and residents in our service area.
