Señor Peppers is honestly the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. An unassuming venue but they knock you over with flavor and deliciousness. If you’re looking for really fancy service, this isn’t it. It’s personal, it’s friendly, it’s comforting. The owners treat you like you’re in their dining room for a family meal. Highly recommend.
You can bring your own liquor, but you better also bring your own friendly attitude and smile because the service is horrible. I let that go because it was late and ordered tortilla soup and tacos. Five bites into the soup, I discovered a metal shaving. The manager was apologetic and offered to comp the meal. Overall, you should avoid this place.
Just had my first meal from this locally owned spot. The staff is so friendly and the food is FANTASTIC! I got the birria quesadillas and they couldnt have gotten any better. Best birria quesadillas I have had. Churros were also 10/10. Definitely recommend coming here. I will be back!Food: 5/5
My friend did her boyfriend's 60th birthday dinner there made a little party There was 12 of us they pushed tables together for us they were very accommodating and the appetite of ours were delicious delicious the food was good it was a nice time
I just turned 21 and it’s about time I put this in a review. I had my first burrito Texano when I was 6 and my family was lookin at the area to move to. Thankfully we found a place cause I was in love with this burrito. Now 15 years later I have eaten there at almost every large event in my life. Most birthdays, in celebration of achievements, etc. anything I could say to get my parents to take me. It has changed little over years and I’m so glad to have grown up with such an amazing place run by amazing people! I’ve probably had hundreds of burritos texanos at this point, and each one is inspiration to have another. It quite literally is the best part about coming home from college. I’m on my way to get one right now actually lol.
The worst food I have ever ordered. Dry no flavor and hair in my tamale wow I never write reviews but I was so disappointed I will never recommend this place to anyone. I’m not a picky eater but couldn’t believe how horrible the food was. I ordered the combo enchilada and tamale platter nothing tasted good
What can I say, best Mexican food in the area! Little mom and pop place, nothing fancy. Great service and BYOB. Little juke box in the corner and right next to Red Bank train station, what more could you ask for!
Couldn’t believe my eyes when I walked into the place. It’s those hole in the wall restaurants that have such amazing food. Tried the Burrito Texano, which apparently is one of the most popular items on the menu and its to die for! The sauce on top is what actually makes it good! I’m glad I found this place, one of many great places to eat in Red Bank!!
This restaurant is the best for everything Mexican, they have great sauces and then the best Mexican dishes outside of Mexico, we lived in Zona Rosa and we know real good Mexican food. This restaurant is right up there with the best around. Do it !Food: 5/5
Best Mexican food I have ever had and I am from NYC. Place is clean but a little run down. Food is insane, service great. It's not a 5 star restaurant when U factor in decor but its authentic Mexican food. I never had better guacamole anywhere which I hated & never ate till I came to this place 2 years ago. If your in Red Bank than check this place out. It's well worth it.
