I contacted Sentinel about four months ago about possibly helping sponsor an event for wives of firefighters. As our nonprofit completely understands if a business is not able to donate, Sentinel didnt even bother to respond. I even checked the email and tried again a few weeks after the first email was sent. Still no response. That has never happened to us before.

After making a purchase such as a piece of fire apparatus, the most important thing is what support will you get after the sale. Brian and his staff have never let us down.

Would give them no stars if possible. Had a truck break down and called several time to schedule there mobile repair to come look at it with the same response as usual I’ll pass this along. Called Banner Fire sent me a tech the next day truck is fixed. Don’t waste your time here people
