Sentinel Secure Storage

Gate code never worked. He couldn't find us on his roster twice. Yelled at us on the phone once when we called for help with gate code. Even accused us of not being an authorized renter. Ridiculous. Don't rent from him, he's not a good guy and manage his business well at all.

I have used this storage place for over a year. I was pleasantly pleased until recently. After missing my due date by only 2 days my gate code was revoked l. After a year of service they locked us out that quick!? Not happy.

So far, so good! It's only been a month of using the storage facility. I appreciate having to use a code to get into the gate. Looks clean and secure.

I've been renting a storage unit at this facility for 4 years now. In the time that I've rented from Sentinel Secure Storage, I've always been able to access my unit at any hour of the day or night, pay my bill whenever is most convenient for me, and my belongings have been dry and safe. The owner of this facility is always helpful and professional and has delivered flawlessly on my every expectation of what I should receive from a self storage business. I highly recommend this place if you have items of value to store.

Security, owner responds quick to any questions. Adequate lighting at night. Part of large storage units is gravel but will be paved soon. Be careful of screws on floor from building of units if parking car inside. Will rent from here every time, security is most important to me

Prefer 0 stars. The last several months my father has been ripped off by the owner. He never pays ANY bill late but has repeatedly been locked out because the owner claims he had not paid, but yet the bank can confirm that the cashier checks have been cashed within two days of payment. The BBB will also be receiving a call.

Love love this place! Just moved to town and this is the storage unit that we chose to keep our belongings at. The guy that runs it is very nice and helpful.

If I could give 10 stars I would The owner is so professional and helpful! I would "highly" recommend this location to anyone needing a secure and clean storage unit. Thank you for being one of the good guys!

Basically a brand new storage facility. Prices may be a little high but if you take in the security and cleanliness of this place it's worth the value knowing your belongings will be safe and dry.
