I love this place. I can get my organic cosmetics here. I like that I can order ahead and pickup in a quick dash. This trip had me coming in for a product that was out of stock in the store. My makeup consultant simply ordered it to my home. No issue.
I am so disappointed with my recent visit to my local Sephora. The place was packed. No one to greet guests at the door. There were 4 dogs walking around, one very large growling at a smaller dog, their leashes making it difficult to walk around them. Baby carriages crowding the isles, and hardly anyone to assist customers. Usually, there are several consultants around to assist customers. Today there were hardly any, and when I finally found 1 consultant and asked for help, she stated there were 5 people ahead of me. She said I could wait if I wanted. Additionally, most of the small stations that usually have tissues, cotton pads and make-up remover were empty. I left without purchasing what I went to buy. This location is definitely lacking in customer service.
I just left this location and it wasn’t a pleasant shopping experience. They were very reluctant to give out any samples, that’s usually the best part of going into the store. Last time I received lots of samples and this helped me try new products without buying them needlessly. Sara was Awesome. The gurls at the register aren’t very friendly or helpful, Sierra and the very short hair gurl didn’t smile once. I was using Afterpay for the first time and they weren’t happy to assist. Buying Make-up is usually fun. This time not so much. I won’t patronize this location again.
Worst Sephora location there is I never once experienced such bad customer service.. A girl name Jennifer brown hair,glasses, wasn’t properly dressed worked today on 12/28/2023 came up to me gave me so much attitude was so rude and didn’t properly do her job. I checked to see if the product was used because the box was open.. she snatched it from my hand and said put that back.. I explained to her that it was open and this was the last shade in my color so I need to check if it was used she goes “yea people use the make up” I was very confused because if people had used it it shouldn’t be on display Or I at least should be able to see! Than I put in back in the box.. and held it, she proceeds snatched it from my hands and says u put it the wrong way.. I asked why does it matter if I’m buying it? She walks away and ignores me.. rudest customer service I have ever experienced.. I have never felt the need to write a review or act like I need to complain about someone ever in my life.. this is my first ever review on any store! And this girl should not be apart of this store.
Worst experience I have ever had in a Sephora , an employee gave me a price for an item that turned out to be 30 more after this happened I asked to speak to the manager, and then the directed Me towards 2 people that said they were the managers on shift they continued to speak about the issues amongs 4 or 5 employees pretty much telling me oh well we can’t do anything even if she gave you the wrong price . Like how is that my fault as a customer Sephora needs to honor what employees say and the way customers are treated .
Messy, many items out of stock. Testers were a mess as well. Multiple staff members ignored myself and other shoppers. Seemed like they couldn't be bothered.
This is the absolute WORST Sephora I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and helpless. They don’t greet you when you come in & don’t try to assist in ANY way. They don’t say “excuse me” instead they’re shoving you out of the way. Be thankful you people still have a job when there’s millions of people dying to be in your shoes & happy to do it with a smile on their face.
Employees are rude and take forever to help. Every time I come to pick up online orders, I have to wait at least 20 mins. Don’t recommend this location.
I was so pleased with the service in this store. I received one-on-one attention to help me find the perfect product. Even the cashier was friendly and made me feel special!
The lady in the store was helpful and got what i wanted. Also very nice and respectful
