Everyone is extremely helpful every time i go. Great customer service. The place is just so dark. Impossible to do a color match. Even with their devices. I always end up looking way darker or orange. So I don’t buy foundations here but besides that. I don’t have any issues.
A lot of expired product is in this location, perhaps due to the construction on the mall and less foot traffic. I finally saved up enough money to buy a nice Lancome mascara and urban decay liquid liner. Both were old and dried up right out of the box and it took me 3 weeks to get back to the store for a return because of my busy schedule. The cashier refused my return even though I was in the return window, had my receipt and explained the situation with the product being dried out after i took it out of the box. She said I couldn't return because used too much product and acted like I was scamming the store. After getting not 1 but 2 bad products and not being allowed to return them I'm never coming back to this location.
It's always hard to find help. If you want a sample you get the second degree. I would like to try something before I buy it. It's not like they paying for it. Or travel to return something you didn't like. Since each Sephora is so difficult to return items, because they have to be ONLY FREE STANDING OR BOUGHT AT A KOHLS OR AT MACY'S. Why can't they stay uniform to return items. As I'm seeing the complaints all I see is " I'm sorry " please write your complaints down on email so we can forward those to appropriate site. SEPHORA is becoming a joke. I might as well go to the direct manufacturer to buy the item and I would probably get appreciated more abd discount on top of that. SEPHORA needs to find employees that want to work or like there job. Those employees will learn the hard way when they are fired.
Of course going to Sephora is like going to Target, I go in for one thing, and I walk out with 10 things I realized I needed! I went in to get the Dior concealer. Fallyn helped color match me to find my perfect shade. Furthermore, as I walked through the store, I realized there were other things I needed, and Fallyn always pointed me in the right direction. Just as I was about to check out, I stopped by the wall of mini frangrances, as I love to keep a few in my purse for all occasions. Matthew helped me find a brand new favorite, the Carolina Herrera mini in the scent Blush. I really like this store and the friendly staff!
Went to Sephora to buy Dior foundation. I spent several minutes browsing expecting someone to offer to help me before realizing I'd have to ask for assistance definitely unusual for a Sephora. 4 of the women working there were gathered in a group, laughing and gossiping. I asked if could help me pick the right shade of foundation, but it was clear that was the LAST thing they wanted to do. One of them grudgingly walked over, only to say that the color I picked looked fine. She then spent 10+ minutes looking for it in the stockroom, only to finally say that "they had like 100 of them in back, but no one was able to unpack them from the boxes...maybe they'd get to it this weekend". I agreed to just order it online through the store. She offered a sample to tide me over in the meantime. Said sample was SO SMALL it wouldn't even cover half of my face. I pointed this out and she just shrugged her shoulders and sarcastically said "sorry". Truly mind-boggling that people this rude are employed at a store like Sephora, which is supposed to be known for beauty expertise and helpfulness. I walked out and purchased the same product at Macy's.
Worst customer service!! I asked if they had anymore stock of a certain product the associate just looked at me with pure disgust and pulled it out under the drawer and handed it to me without saying a word !!! I don’t know why people here are so miserable
Beware of the putrid odor of a million different colognes. Gone are the days where they put your samples on a small bottle. But sign up for rewards it's worth it!
They had a lot of choices there. Ky daughter was able to find things at this location verses the one we normally go to
The sales people are ruthless. I really only came here because I had a gift card. Within 5 minutes I had been asked if I needed help by 4 different people. This store is pretty small so I wanted to just look through all the aisles. I would like some space to try and shop on my own. It was overwhelming and made me feel like I was being checked on because they thought I was stealing. I was using one of the dirty baskets which held the only two items I purchased. This is why I prefer Ulta!
The sales people aren’t very happy to see you. Yeah I come In late but they should still be cheery. They act like I’m stealing. Tall blonde girl with pony tails treats me like I’m stealing looking over my shoulder. Ridiculous. Tuesday 12/27 thirty minutes before closing. All the employees except one gave bad vibes
