I have to say, the way employees here know their merchandise I just stopped in for Instacart, and every time I showed them an item they knew where to go. Very impressed by their knowledge of the store. Great job guys keep up the good teamwork. It wasn’t just one floor operative, it was the team great job. I left here motivated to know my store as good as they did.
Very good smelling perfumes, they matched my foundation perfectly, the place looked clean
Had such an amazing shopping experience with the employee, Desirae. She was EXTREMELY helpful and very friendly! I feel like it’s hard to find good costumer service nowadays and she was on point and you can tell she loves her job!
Went to get my makeup done the lady who did it was perfect and pleasant she finished and i used my credit card to pay, didn’t ask for a receipt because i got the digital confirmation that the payment was approved. 30 minutes later a manager called and rudely said I needed to go back because I left without paying while insinuating it was intentional, I tried to explain that my card was charged but she insisted I left without paying and that she would make sure I never get services done again. Next day the lady who did my makeup texted me to apologize that the manager made a mistake. Will definitely not return there, I’ve also heard other ppl of color complain about being followed while they shop there.
Never had a more uncomfortable shopping experience. The workers closing me in on both ends of the isles watching me my entire time there when I didn’t even come in with a purse or anything just my phone and my wallet. This is why I shop at Ulta.
This lady was one of the managers and thought we where prank calling because we asked if they sell tampons because we never been to Sephora before and knew it was a skincare and beauty thing but she said” have fun prank calling and your number has been reported to the police” and I felt really scared and confused why asking for feminine products at a feminine store would be reporting my number to the police like do better Sephora
I came in wanting to buy a specific thing but they didn’t have it so I decided to look for things I needed when a worker decided to talk to me and try to offer me a type of cream. She kept on trying to get me to buy it and she would not leave me alone for a second. I decided not to buy this product and she saw that I put it back and still kept on insisting for me to buy it when she clearly saw me putting it back. I understand workers need to promote their products but this worker was way to aggressive. My anxiety was at 1000. I advise you to give your workers tips on how to promote things without harassing others.
Service team is always great and ready make suggestions or find what you need. Got some great Sephora waterproof eyeliner and KVD Matte lipstick.
One worker follwed me and my frie ds around the store.
I’m not much of a review giver, but when I feel an establishment deserves it I make sure to get it done. I had a wedding to attend yesterday, March 12th. The bride asked me if I could take my aunt, the grooms mother for hair and makeup, which I was happy to do. I set all necessary appointments up weeks in advance to be prepared for the day. On the morning of our appointment, while we were having our hair done at 930am, I received a voicemail from the Peabody Sephora that my 11am appointment was being canceled because the artist had an emergency. Naturally I understand emergencies happen, but being an important event I was pretty shocked and upset. I quickly called the store and spoke with Nicole. Nicole explained the artist had and emergency and wouldn’t be in. I did explain to Nicole the importance of our situation and I probably didn’t come off as the nicest because I was panicking. Nicole offered to call another store to see if we could be accommodated, which didn’t work out. She then told me she would call her staff and see if she could get someone to do be there for the 11am appointment. Thankfully, she was able to get Dez to take on my aunts appointment. Dez was so sweet and patient with my aunt. My aunt is not the most easy going client and gets a little overwhelmed by these types of services. I can’t speak highly enough about how Dez treated my aunt. In addition I paid for an hour service for my aunt which would normally cost $60. Due to my aunt being a little antsy and wanting minimal makeup her service only took roughly 30 minutes. Without me asking Nicole recognized the time difference and refunded me the $30 for the shorter application time. I was also very appreciative for that. Lastly , I just have to give a shout out to Kaleigh who did my make up. It came out so awesome and I got a number of compliments all night. Thank you to the Peabody Sephora team for making a stressful morning run smoothly. It was truly appreciated.
