SEPHORA inside JCPenney

So glad I went to this Sephora location! The lovely store associate helped me over the phone then suggested amazing fragrances in person : courteous and neat store located in JCPenny in North Aurora, will be returning soon :

I like this place it's near my house so convenient, but they hardly carry anything in there so it's better to just shop online. They also don't keep anything that they do have in the store stocked. I went in the other day for a dry shampoo and they only had a few different brands that had dry shampoo, but there was only the testers!

YASS! they got EVERYTHING you are looking for. love Sephora, nice sales associates, always KIND and helpful. kindness is key for me. always a good experience

Not too many brands to make you feel overwhelmed. Staff is available to help with color matching.

Sales clerk was very helpful with assisting my daughter with her makeup selection for her senior prom!

This store never has the advertised products. They don't even know what specials Sephora is advertising. I'll stick with Ulta.

Didn't shop this dept at my last visit.

Always a hard time to find someone available to help.
