JCPenney always has good clearance racks of clothes. It is a big department store and has clothes, bedding and bath items, toys, jewelry, outer ware and more.
I am happy that this store is still in business. I get my husband's and two sons' clothes from here. Unfortunately, their plus size women's clothes are lacking. I needed a dress for a wedding and they only had two shorter skirts. One jean and one a soft brown. They didn't fit right. They had a hundred dresses in petit and average sizes.
Bought a suit. Would have gotten dress shirts but not enough size selection for tall men and would've gotten neck ties but the extra long ties are not really long according to my husband. Good sales though on Father's day weekend.
Huge shout out to the Twin Falls location!!! Had an order to pick up, closed at 7. Helena noticed I was at the door, unlocked it got my ordered! That’s customer service!!! Thank you to Helena abd her 2 employees at the time.
Horrible experience here today!!! I went in today 6/28/2023 to return a little shirt that didn’t fit my daughter. I was unfortunate enough to get the associate, Janet. She hates working there and it shows. Find a new job Janet.
That's funny as it's advertised on their door open at 11:00 on Sunday you go there and the doors are locked at 11:22 still not open I can understand a few minutes but if you advertise one thing and you're not there and you come into town specially when we come in from 18 me out to get certain things from JCPenney I'm reevaluating whether I want to shop there or not.
Was in today bought one item card machine froze up. Young clerk very nice. She called the manager lady in red sweater came told me to run my card again I told her I didn’t want to get charged twice. So she got attitude said shell go get her scanner. After waiting a unreasonable amount of time I see her pushing a cart and putting clothes away. She slowly returns and says I wasn’t charged. Never apologized for the long wait time spoke with me like I was a problem. Not a Good Christmas shopping experience for me a Twin Falls Penny’s. Mistakes happen I get it but don’t make the customers upset too.
Nice store, found exactly what i was looking for. Everything is kinda expensive though.
Needed a few dress shirts for an upcoming cruise. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon and they had 2 cashiers with no self checkout. I was able to traverse the mall campus, retrieve my car from the opposite end and drive around the mall to pickup my gf, she was still waiting to check out. Also they are very expensive, even on "sale"
Service was great! Rylee was fantastic to work with. Her cheerful attitude and smiling face was a pleasure.
