Serendipity is the favorite place for locals, families and visitors alike. Enjoy espresso, breakfast, lunch and desserts in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Serendipity is a great value, and afforable for all. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Warrenton, near the Marina and shopping.
The building was built in 1964 as a US Banks Warrenton Branch. It closed in 1991 and was donated to the Warrenton-Hammond Schoold District. From 2000-2004 it was operated as a Martial Arts academy. The building sat empty after the owner of the Academy was injured.
In late 2004, the owner of Serendipity, Krista Bingham, wrote the WHSD requesting consideration For Sale or Lease and after public process, a deal was struck , allowing Serendipity to move from original location at 137 S. Main st. to current location 160 S. Main. Serendipity increased in size by triple and now had a drive thru window... the rest is history ..
