I don’t go regularly, but need to! Steven is an amazing masseuse, he really helped me get movement back in my shoulder without tightness. And Bella does a great facial. All services are very relaxing and comforting. Definitely recommend!
I’ve come here three times over the last year. It’s always been a very pleasant experience. All three masseurs, all very different in approach were intuitive, skilled and provided for a nice massage experience. This is a solid studio with other health and wellness offerings. I am trying their stretch classes in the near future.
Decent. The inside is very nice. Great ambience and pretty relaxing. I got a 60 minute massage from Maclen, I wanted a deep tissue massage to ease hip pain, but I felt the overall massage was too surface level or shallow. Maybe I could've urged to go deeper, but the massage just wasn't what I was expecting. Overall, I don't feel like I got my moneys worth since I left feeling like I got a warm up instead of a deep tissue massage.
You have not had a real massage until you have been to this spot Serendipity awesome crew. It was my first time there, greeted well, and the massage process was awesome. After going to Serendipity wellness studio, now I know what real massage is. I will be going there again. It was worth every penny. Thank you crew for your wonderful service.
This place, and their practitioners, are just the greatest. I was gifted a massage and facial for my birthday and I really enjoyed my experience. I recommend Steven and Bella, their professionalism was exceptional! You can call / book online and the process it’s very easy. When you arrive, you have to call them to confirm you are there, but you remain in your car until they call you back confirming they are ready for you. When entering, you leave your shoes -and worries- behind and step into a zen world. I started to relax almost immediately after feeling how cozy and peaceful the space is. A few tips if you never had a massage before that I feel are important to highlight: •Always arrive before your appointment time •Do not eat right before your massage appointment, give your body at least 2 hours to digest your last meal •Shower as close as you can to your appointment, BUT avoid perfumes/creams/oils •This is a big one: YOU decide how much you want to disrobe. If you decide to leave all your clothes on, I’d recommend to wear oversize clothing, nothing too tight. If you feel comfortable to stay in your undies or even without them, they’ll cover you up with towels / sheets. In that case, try to avoid wearing so many accessories like belts, jewelry, hats, etc so it’s easier to get dressed after you end your massage. •Communication is key: if something hurts, immediately tell your technician. You are there to relax, not the opposite. I hope this helps! I really can’t wait to come back!
My daughters gifted me a facial and massage certificate. I used it today, and was so impressed. The person who answered the phone I called cause I was running late was very nice and understanding. Ravi, who did my facial, was very efficient, was open to questions and even gave me tips on caring for my skin. Raja was my massage therapist, and she did a great job. Over all, I had a very relaxing experience. Highly recommended.
Every time I walk out of Serendipity I feel ten times better than when I walked in. I have back issues and Barry has me feeling 100% every time.
I went to get a massage about a week ago and I was very happy with my massage. I asked for deep tissue and trigger point with focus on my shoulders, neck, back and arms and my therapist Barry did not disappoint. The pressure was exactly what I wanted and he found spots I did not know needed to be worked out. The neck work also helped with my headache I was having. Thank you Barry!
not impressed. Clients are not permitted to wear their shoes indoors. Rooms are not very relaxing. Therapist used way too much oil and got it all through my hair, even with it being pulled up. Felt very clinical and not relaxing. Will not be going back.
No music was played during my massage. The face rest on the massage table was broken it fell down twice when my face was in it. When a new face rest from a different room was brought in, the masseuse didn’t cover it with a towel or sheet. No reply was received from the spa after I submitted my feedback to them.
