Serenity Funeral Home was nothing less than AMAZING! From the moment I contacted Brian Byers about my brother he went out his way to comfort my mother and I and let us know things would be okay. My brother had to be transported back to Huntsville and they gave superb service to us every step of the way. Calling daily to check on us, and praying over us until we got my brother home. The visit to our home with a wreath and a guestbook, and a prayer over the family by Mr. Rice was so comforting even when we didn’t know what to do. They led us through each moment. The professionalism of this group is of Excellence! This was a very challenging time for us with the unexpected death of my brother and even after receiving him later than expected 6 days due to unforeseen circumstances - no fault of Serenity, they did a perfect job. We felt like family. We felt comforted and we knew we were at the right place. We held the service in their beautiful chapel, and I do mean magazine beautiful! We weren't the easiest family to deal with family drama but according to them we weren't the worst either. We chose them for my father's memorial because they did such a wonderful job on my mom's years ago. The staff were very kinda and accommodating and the facility is beautiful and clean.

Serenity definitely isn't the traditional or old school funeral home in terms of look, feel, approach and service offered. They have a clean, welcoming and updated facility with crisp, modern decor and calming aesthetic. The entire staff is professional, caring and engaging. From my initial inquiry only call, through the end of services rendered, I knew without a doubt that I selected the right business people to handle services for my Father. Dr. Brian Byers assured me in the beginning that "Dad is in good hands" and "by the end, we'll be like family" and meant every word! Having to make arrangements and plan my Dad's funeral was a very overwhelming, uncomfortable, and daunting task. Brian, being very comforting, professional, kind, and compassionate the entire time, helped a lot. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any point. All privacy and requests were respected and honored...without any hesitation. Dad looked really good, and the service was beautiful! Job well done! The quality of care that was provided for my mother when she arrived at the funeral home was exceptional. She really looked wonderful. They did an amazing job, and they were very professional. The pricing was reasonable, and he really worked with me, so make sure that my experience in the burial of my mother was nonstressful.

Mr. Byers and his wonderful staff expressed a very professional but caring, warm, and authentic attitude during our family's loss of our grandmother. Angel at the front desk was very knowledgeable and kind. The interior of the building is updated and gorgeous. We are very happy with Serenity in Huntsville and are so grateful for their attention to helping us and with all the details.
