Sheryl is the best hair colorist in town, my hair never looks orange and never feels dry. She gave me a cute haircut which I love and since then I am able to let my hair grow longer. I've never been able to do that before. I recommend her for her experience and work ethics.

Loved the salon - gorgeous as you walk in and upstairs definitely screams "serenity"! Highly professional people even met with the owner of the place - a nice gentleman. I always get my haircut and color done by Sheryl - highly recommend her due to her level of confidence and experience. She even offers suggestions/tips on how to maintain your hair. She makes sure you leave the salon, feeling great!

Went here to treat my fiancé and I after first moving to the area. The couples massage we scheduled wasn’t scheduled correctly, and so we had to alternate massages, while the other sat in the shower/spa. Then our haircuts were scheduled with a “level 2” stylist, without our knowledge, which basically means they charge you double for a “more experienced” stylist. $200+ later for her haircut alone, my fiancé ended with a botched bob cut that took her out-of-state hair stylist about nine months to gradually correct. Never went back again, and we still travel to PA to this day for our hair needs.

Nikki at Serenity Spa in front of Shoprite on Broad St. was excellent. She has a really nice vibe and she solved a specific problem I asked about. It’s a beautifully decorated place, and they’ve created a beautiful brochure with affordable prices, but when you first walk in, there’s no ventilation on the first floor hair salon, so while you’re waiting a long time to speak with the one person at reception/cash register, it’s difficult to breathe. It also took a very long time to pay after the treatment. There really should be two people at reception. The spa is upstairs and has much better air quality. It’s beautifully lit & decorated, but the design is not well thought out. The designer definitely did not think from a client’s perspective. There’s only one toilet with an inside handle that awkwardly covers the lock and no place to privately undress/dress. There ARE two steam showers, though. But, when I called to confirm the appt. that I had successfully made online this is a plus about the salon, there was no mention of getting there early to take advantage of them. Also, the hard plastic sandals they provide cut into the top part of the feet. But, Nikki’s service and attitude were excellent and made the experience worthwhile. I’d go back. With lower expectations for privacy & pain-free walking in the sandals on the 2nd floor and breathing & quality service at reception on the first floor.

I wish there were more than 5 stars I could give Serenity Salon & Spa. I have been going to this day spa for over 3 years. It is THE BEST day spa around. I have been to many other spas in the surrounding areas and this one by far is the best. There are many things that are worth mentioning about this spa it is very clean, decorated beautifully, many ammentities, etc but the most important is the membership that they offer. It is without a doubt like nothing any other place offers. I have gotten multiple services over the years but i currently get facials regularly and Pauline is THE best and the only person you should book your facial with. I highly recommmend this day spa and checking out the amazing membership as well.

Went here for leg wax. Pauline, the Spa manager, is excellent. She's highly knowledgable, walks you through everything it was my first time getting a leg wax. She's also super clean, wears gloves, and does her best to minimize the pain to make sure you're as comfortable as possible. If you're OCD about cleanliness, this is a good place to set your mind at ease.

I walked in late because of traffic but even in a hurry they gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time! Ally knew how to cut my hair. How short it should be and how to cut it based on the way my hair is. I definitely look forward to coming again in the future!

Gianna is amazing! I have been going to her for a while for color, cuts, and highlights. My hair is healthy and I get compliments from coworkers, friends, and family on my haircolor all the time.

You have to be careful with this people, the stole my money. I sign a contract for 6 month for massages, after the 6 months they kept charging the plan in my credit card, i called once to cancel it and they didn't do it.... so at the end i paid lake 3 more month and they never returned that to my credit card, i had go personally to cancel it.... so be careful with this people. Terrible experience...

Excellent service from all the staff. Sheryl is the best! Always happy with the service she provides. I will always recommend Sheryl and the salon.
