Serina's Bakery is owned by Joseph Serina, Jr., a Panther Valley Class of 1980 graduate and a 22 year Navy veteran. Joe moved back to the area last September after obtaining an Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry and in Culinary Arts. He has also earned a Bachelor's Degree with honors in Hospitality and Marketing and is currently working on his Masters in International Hospitality and Marketing.
