I originally would have given this place one star. Their previous management and staff were awful. They hadn’t completed the work on my car and didn’t tell me until I noticed it. They also left a paint stain on my seat. I had to keep calling them to finish the repairs. They’d tell me they would look into it and then never call back. This went on for almost a year. Fortunately, they have new staff and management who listened to my concerns, apologized, got the work done quickly, and even cleaned up the paint stain on my seat. So, if you see negative reviews from the past, keep in mind that they may be about the previous staff and management. Things seem much better there now.
If I could give negative stars I would! This shop is nothing short of a joke! I went here after I was involved in a hit and run and had damage to my rear quarter panel. At first the process and people seemed great until I got my car back in worse shape than before my accident! There was a laundry list of issues, and it went back numerous times and each time they avoided my plea of the horrible noise coming from the back end of my car! I asked repeatedly to remove my quarter panel to fix it and nothing! Scott pretended to care at first and then just became a joke! I finally took it to another shop, and I was dumbfounded by how messed up my car was! They told me they fully replaced my quarter panel but instead did a horrible job at using bondo and welding it! The skeleton of my car was bend and you can see where they used a pry bar to try to bend it back and ruined it even more! Now I know why they refused to take the quarter panel off, because they know what a pathetic job they did at fixing it! After taking it to another shop and them tearing it apart, it was deemed to be totaled! This shop is so negligent they allowed me to leave with a car that was not even safe to be on the road! I spoke to the GM asking for some kind of compensation for this pathetic, negligent, irresponsible, work but nothing was offered to me! How a body shop can walk away with clean hands after letting someone leave with an unsafe car is mind blowing to me! Do yourself a huge favor and stay clear of this place!
Bad customer service and lack of follow through - I chose this location because they were preferred by my insurance and could get me in relatively quickly as compared to other body shops in the area. They repaired my car in a timely fashion but after picking my car up realized the forgot to reset the sensors in my tires and were missing a spring making my gas cap extremely difficult to open. I tried calling to speak to someone several times with no response so I brought the car in to be looked at. I was told they wouldn't fix the sensors I would have to find someone else to do it. Derek, the service technician, claimed he would order the spring and call me when it was in. After no contact for a week I called with no response. Eventually I found another shop to replace it at my own cost. Definitely recommend going somewhere else for your repairs...even if you have to wait longer for service.
Came to pickup car and found a huge crack was on the windshield. Service Manager lied to my face and said they had proof of the crack existing in photos. They did not. After trying to contact them the next 8 days with no success, i finally drove to the location just for the manager to tell me they were not liable and that "i had no proof that there wasn't already a chip in the windshield." No apologies, no responsibility, just patronizing and rude. Bad business. Slimy place, rude customer service. Go somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim
The work on my car was great and was finished quickly and the people were courteous. We went to pick up my car on a Saturday morning - as the website said their hours were 9am-12pm, to find they were closed. The hours in the door also state they are open on Saturday mornings. We went to look at my car, and we found all the doors unlocked. So here ya go: the work was great. The people there are great. But CALL before you go to make sure they are open - and hopefully your car will be locked up.Services: Painting
Had the BEST experience! Who likes to deal with a hit an run? Service King went above & beyond and really surprised me when my car was fixed & painted in a little over a day. Bentley at the office took especially good care of me with constant updates and getting me a rental organized and explaining the does & don't's of after care for the next 40 days. Noah was as well very professional & detailed. We will definitely recommend Service King to all our friends & family!Services: Painting
I made an appointment three weeks ago. They’ve sent me several texts to remind me of the appointment. I received one more text to confirm my appointment the day before. U confirmed it and received a text letting me know they look forward to seeing me. Then I called to see what I needed to bring and the agent rudely told me that she had no records of my appointment. And regardless of all the confirmations I’ve received, none of that mattered because she doesn’t see it on her end. Very poor customer service to not even acknowledge the mistakes on their end if their automotive system is not communicating with their office. Now I need to make another appointment with another location, which puts me another few weeks out!
Had my Toyota front bumper collision repaired. They had it all fixed up in like 2 days. Amazing! Nice they work with Enterprise Rental as well. Very helpful and responsive. My car front end looks like new again and they even detailed my car it looks like. Nice service, thanks Service King.
We took our truck to Service King in Littleton after the truck was hit. They took care of the repairs, worked through the insurance company, and for this part, did a good job. We also paid them out of pocket for them to paint our truck. This was where the TROUBLE began. First, we never received a written quote for the paint, just a verbal quote. The total in the end was $500.00 more than their quote and finished a MONTH past the date they promised it to us. We had a hard time getting someone to call us back and keep us posted with their timing on this. The most frustrating thing was that when we got the truck back, there were missing parts, lights and bolts. We contacted Service King several times, they promised us the parts...but we never received them. Again, no communication back from the Littleton office OR their corporate office..after many texts and calls, it was like they got their money, so they were done. I would NEVER recommend this Service King to ANYONE. We were treated horribly AND the customer service was terrible.Services: Painting
I brought my car in to get it fixed after somebody hit my car, I felt like everything went really well in the beginning and then towards the end it was not a very good experience. The front Dess lady is extremely rude and has very poor customer service skills I was never made aware that my car was ready via voicemail only through the text message notification system that they had in place and I guess this wasn't even accurate. I was out of town because a family member passed away and the front Dess lady demanded that I pick up my car on a Saturday morning because she said that they couldn't hold my car until Monday. According to the website this business isn't even open on the weekends so I had no idea that I was supposed to pick it up. When I got my car the damages looked really good but I had told the initial person who checked it out that there was a sensor that was off since it's been hit and of course it's not fixed, my clock was totally changed and all the pressure of all my tires was low. This would've been a great experience had there been proper communication and the front desk woman could've been a lot nicer to both me and my mother. Customer service is everything and when someone treats you badly it makes you feel a certain way towards a company and I really wish someone would've followed up with me to make sure we were happy. I am going to reach out to my insurance company about the sensor because that should've been a part of what was fixed on my vehicle.Services: Painting
