Really knowledgeable staff, nice show room, and reasonable prices.
Came in mid-April and picked out kitchen cabinets for a remodel to be done in July. Was told that it’d be 1-2 weeks for the order to be placed and then a few weeks for production but we’d be good for a July timeline. After several messages, we finally heard back from her today, almost two months after meeting with her. THEY STILL HAVE NOT PLACED THE ORDER. She said it’d be another couple of weeks before she gets around to placing the order. They completely screwed with our remodel timeline, cost us money by screwing around and now the prices have gone up and we’ve lost our contractor.

GO TO A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER. If I could put 0 stars I would. Bad service. They knew I wanted minimal tint and they recommended Winco windows that have a horrible green hue. No returns and The owner Matt hung up on my when I told him how his company treated me.
I work for a contracting company that utilizes SWI for almost all of our purchases! They are always accommodating, friendly, and hard working! They have a nice showroom area to see materials and a great show deck to see decking and railing materials as well! They seem to always be kind and helpful to our clients that go to speak with them as well! I would recommend them! Great job guys!
These guys are fun and helpful. They had exactly what my company needed when none of the other big box stores did! I will go there anytime I am in the area and need something. I would highly recommend them for supplies!
Never again! We did an outdoor stairs project recently and had issue after issue with SWI. I won't fault them at all for the delays on items COVID has killed supply chains - I get that but all the other problems added up. First they told me that they stocked the color of Azek we went with. So, after all the other materials finally arrived railing, lights, etc and my contractor was scheduled for the next day, I went to pick up all the materials. Found out - oops - we don't stock that particular Azek. So I'm stuck with a contractor waiting for me, and I have to call around and scramble to source the decking from other places in Frazer and Newark DE, essentially wasting a whole day. Then when we go to install the lights for the stairs & railing end caps. Only to find out we didn't have the right 2 way and 3 way splitters or extension wires. The salesperson didn't know the product well and didn't realize the posts needed extension wires, which changed our configuration a bit. So I bought extra parts to make sure I was covered. Finally, after the job was done... I return some of the extra cables and splitters. They said they would get back to me after they figure out the restocking fee shouldn't they have eaten that, since they suggested the wrong stuff? This was a month ago, and I still have no word on the refund of the extra items. Never again!
Quick service at counter. Brought my order right out to me. I realized "I" had ordered the incorrect size downspout and they made the immediate corrections to my mistake and i was on my way. One of many purchases without any problems. Pleasant professional staff. Thank you, Gary Terry
