Seton Health - Urgent Care

Dr. Fatone was excellent with our sick toddler. The nurse we saw and the ladies at the front desk were all really helpful. We had no wait at all although we did go in right at 7am when they opened. The waiting rooms and exam room were very clean. We were in and out within a half hour. I highly recommend this urgent care location.

I went before noon so I was able to get in/out fairly quickly. All the staff that were working when I went were very nice and helpful, my nurse and doctor were excellent and able to give me treatment while I was there and write scripts for home. I chose this place over Ellis because the reviews are much better, and I definitely made the right choice! Sadly I see that a lot of people write terrible reviews on urgent care centers because THEY misuse them. If it is a life or death scenario - GO TO THE ER.

Love this place!! I've brought my daughter here a few times for minor things. Staff was wonderful!! Doctor Fatone is amazing. He listened, was very attentive, great sense of humor. Just all around nice genuine person. Wish he was her regular primary doctor.

Went to St. Peter's Urgent Care to get a physical to be cleared for a physical ability test for a job- The woman at the counter was rude from the start. She took the forms back to a provider, and came back out telling me that they couldn't administer a physical to sign the forms. Weird, because there was no issue at the next urgent care we went to for a physical to have the forms signed- No questions asked. The receptionist was lovely, in stark contrast to the woman at your establishment. We won't be back, and I encourage others to go to Albany Med Emergent Care on Wolf Road.

This is the best walk-in I've ever been to. Everyone on the staff was friendly, the wait wasn't long, and the doctor took his time understanding my issue. The service was so positive I've decided to set up with a primary care here. It wasn't like the Ellis sausage factory where it takes forever and you wait in the second waiting room for an hour just to get 5 minutes with a burnt out DR.

I have been here twice with my kids. Neither time were they properly diagnosed. My daughter was having chest pains, and we were sent away with “we have no idea”. A call to our Primary and she was PROPERLY diagnosed over the phone. My son hurt his foot. I brought him here, they did X-rays and said it wasn’t broken. A week later, still in pain, we take him to an orthopedic doctor. They looked at the same X-ray and showed us 3 broken bones!!!! You could clearly see the broken bones on the X-ray!

Very poor costumer service. My employer provided me with two options for completing my onboarding drug screen with this urgent care as one of them. Called two days prior to arriving at the clinic hoping to set up an appointment as I live 30 min away. Was told they dont take appointments for drug screens and are open till 8:00 p.m. M-F. I arrive at 7:00 p.m. after work following my 30 min drive and was told drug screens are only completed at least 3 hours prior to closing. I feel this would be something pertinent to tell someone over the phone when asking about said request.

Rude rude rude. People working here need to realize that this is an urgent care. Often times, patients coming here are experiencing one of the worst days of their life. This not only affects the patient but, family members visiting as well. I was questioned and treated so rudely when visiting my boyfriend it truly baffled me. Avoid-go to Ellis Medical Center of Clifton Park, it’s not only more efficient but, you’re treated far better

If I could give negative stars I totally would. But if you like being in pain and having to argue with a doctor just to get simple antibiotics. Then totally go here. They also are highly unprofessional and speak about you in the open within hearing of myself and others. I highly recommend Malta urgent care or latham urgent care. Way over this place.

BEWARE: This place scams patients with astoundingly high charges. I was billed for 3 things when I only had visited for 1 illness. Thus was billed for 3 times what the normal rate generally is. The third party billing company will not help with correcting bill, and neither will the doctor's office. Don't make the same mistake I did. Find another urgent care to visit.
