Kai is so wonderful. We've gone 4-5 times and in addition to her perfect services keeping our double coated dog cool, she has recommended a great vet, found and helped remove a foxtail from our dog's foot, given advice and extra treatment help with hot spots and itchiness and just generally been awesome with a grumpy, arthritic dog! I've only met Todd once but he is very nice too! Very glad to have found Seusspup
I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t even the price it says on the website. It was a total of $130 that’s outrageous. They took over 5 hours and my dog was upset and was not herself after the grooming. I have took her to other grooming places and totally different. They don’t take over five hours, they don’t charge me $130 and my dog isn’t traumatized. Also my dog didn’t even smell like they showered her. I will not be going back. I just wanted to warn others before handing off your dog to them.
they do a great job with Molly! My Maltese is a little high strung no big surprise there, and she gets nervous in the car ride to be groomed, but as soon as we get there she's all smiles any wags! they do a very nice job grooming her, and now and again we've asked them to dye her tail. It always looks gorgeous, and she gets lots of compliments! She even seems to sense she's looking especially fancy and walks with her head up, smiling her pupper smile.
We recently had both our cat and dog washed and groomed by Kai, and she did a fantastic job on both! Our dog, Dudley is a silky terrier and sometimes looks like a chihuahua after a haircut :/ Kai gave him a perfect grown up Yorkie cut and he looks clean and handsome. We also had our long haired cat, Lucy shaved before a long road trip. She's much more comfortable and cool and is actually behaving much better because of it : most importantly our pets were treated as she would treat her own. Highly recommended!
Don’t bring your pet here if they are older and need special attention. I was tipping this girl Kai 30% on services and the dog was always shaking when I picked it up. Grooming was always inconsistent, but it’s because of the heavy hand. I will admit, I should have been clearer and asked for honest feedback from this place, but that would not have helped. I’m not going to recommend who I’ve decided to start using instead, but I do recommend that you look these people in the eyes when you get there, and if something seems off don’t stay. I wish I could take back all of my visits there and not have put my dog through the discomfort.
The owner Kai is the best she treats your dog will love, like is her own pet. She patience and she does a awesome job as well as her staff.. my dog Sammy love her.. I highly recommend her and her staff.
I love susseup ! My shnauzer wheaten mix has been coming here since he was a puppy and they always take really good care of him. Not only does he always come back looking handsome, I know I am leaving him in good hands. For someone who has gone through a handful of bad groomers with some nightmare stories, this is really important to me. Puppy always comes home happy and wagging, so I know they treat him well! Side note : I also love that they text - it makes booking appointments and checking in super easy and they gave me several updates during his first puppy cut to put this dog mom a ease which I really appreciate. So thankful to have found susseup !
Kai is my personal hero. She took care of both my 16 year old and my 11 year old dogs. They look great, and she was so gentle and loving. It's nice to meet a groomer with such a fantastic passion for dogs.
I am continually impressed with the service here. Dogs are always so happy to go here and look great after. Sure it's a bit pricier but I know they are safe and dont rush the animals.
