So glad I made the switch!! I was going to another laser place for double the price & not as attentive service. At SEV, they are so thorough & affordable! And the staff is so nice!! The laser itself shoots out a cold air so it doesn’t really hurt, and that’s coming from someone who was always terrified to get it done because I had heard it was so painful. But there is barely any pain at all!!! Like a tiny lil rubber band, if even that! It’s so quick, you’re done before you even realize! I love SEV, thank you guys for everything! I've now completed 2 sessions of laser hair removal at SEV. I am very happy with my experience so far! The staff is kind, professional, and educated in their craft. SEV is very thorough with pre/post care instructions. This is my second go around 1st go around was in 2020 of 6 sessions of laser hair removal and I am already seeing results. I've been consistently on their schedule for about 2 years now. I am only getting the laser hair removal treatment for my face. I am not allowed to have facial hair for my job and shaving everyday was causing a lot of acne and ingrown hair on my face. Then my wife suggested I try laser hair removal and she likes SEV Laser. Since then, I've been hooked. My acne is nowhere to be found and I can go weeks without shaving. I've had other male friends interested because of how great my skin looks. The nurses and administration staff are all amazing, helpful, and really nice. This facility is really good, so their schedule is pretty full. SEV Laser is amazing. All the laser techs I’ve had there have been friendly, informative and wonderful. I was very nervous about laser but they always reassure me and make me feel at peace. They are so well-priced compared to every other laser place especially a store 4 doors down where they try to sell you at 6 times the peice. The front desk agents are nice and accommodating as well. I went in today for laser hair removal. It was my first time and honestly I had a great experience! From the moment you walk in they make you feel welcomed. The nurse that helped me today was so nice and explained everything thoroughly. I was there for no more than 10 minutes and it was basically pain-free. I've been going here for laser hair removal once a month for about 6 months. The nurses are always quick and professional. The prices are reasonable too. I was referred by word of mouth. I gott say the customer service is real. After posting the update, SEV wanted to make things right and they offered to make it up complimentary. Wow. That says a lot about their care.  Updated review: so I’m past the halfway mark of my six sessions and yes I do notice reduction in the thickness of the hair…. My only complaint that I want the management to know about is that there has been inconsistency in the quality of service provided. One nurse would go one by one zap the hair even if you’re clean shaven, and then the next session I have a different nurse who does zapping of just 2-3 in each quad and you can tell she’s rushing….. as a patient, I would like consistency because this treatment is not inexpensive and now I’m behind in the results because they didn’t slow down if they don’t like to treat males, then they should not provide the service at all for males.  ORIGINAL REVIEW: My fiancé and I are coming to this place and we are both enjoying our individual experiences. This place is amazing. They make you feel really comfortable even if you’re a male, they will still provide excellent service and not make it an intimidating experience. I will be definitely be recommending this place to others.
