Went here for the first time and last. Staff and front desk people were pretty good. It's an older establishment or at least seemed to be. The rooms were clean, but the TV was also dated, and the audio was horrible. Went with me daughter, son in law and my dad. We celebrated pops 80th birthday. The casino games were OK, to follow the theme though, some were pretty old and not in a good way. We spent a lot of money but unfortunately not one of us won anything. We Ate at the steak house which was excellent, and Jose was absolutely awesome. So the place was clean, no bugs and they have scooters you can rent, which was great for pops. Compared to other casinos we have been to, I would give this place 3 stars.
Night Casino Night was a great event! The atmosphere was lively and exciting with a wide variety of games to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prizes were generous. I had a great time playing blackjack, roulette, and slots. The food was delicious, and the drinks were cold. Overall, it was a great night and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out.
I've been wanting to go here as a good Sam member to take my travel trailer and park it. I also wanted to go in and be able to gamble and enjoy smoke free environment. There is a small area that is smoke free and the rest of the place is for smokers except for restaurants. Very disappointing because I am not a smoker. We also did dry camping because the RV park is completely on the other side of interstate. 5 and the only way to get to it is either walk. Or if you have your own transportation. They do have a shuttle bus service that runs back and forth but it's not as convenient. Food & drinks: There is a couple of different restaurants on the premises and they are smoke free. We didn't get to try the steak restaurant but we did try the others which was good value for the money. I also enjoyed the little coffee bar that has pastries. The coffee there is way better than the restaurant!!
Location is convenient because it's right off. The freeway staff is kind of far and few between. But the arcade It's pretty cool. Me and my son went in there and played a bunch of video games.where I don't gamble. Maybe nicer if they expanded the video game center a little more for kids that are here with their parents and made it a little bit more affordable. The way I see it is you already make so much money off of the gambling. Why not give it back by making your arcade a lot more affordable Say a quarter of a game, it's not like you're have very much maintenance and doom and not like you have to watch Over him. Like you do the video game slots. I don't quite understand why they charge so much for it. And don't have a big area, but it was cool.
Easy access off of I5. It's in Oregon mountains, so... nice area. But better views elsewhere. Second stay, room faced the freeway. But, cheapest room. Rooms: chose the cheaper room $70 more for renovated room-not paying that much more for a one night stay, just because it's renovated-still overpriced when the toilets both times had fecal matter settled in the bottom of the toilet. Stayed twice, going up and coming back, 2 different rooms, but same issue. Then, the second stay, the toilet actually backed up. Take 1/2 of a star The room was otherwise clean. Thin walls, heard neighbors TV. And down the halls. Why don't people realize people are sleeping and don't want to or need to hear your conversations? I don't travel much so maybe that's normal. Casino is as expected for that type of casino. Sort of small. There are slots and tables. Ate at STYX restaurant. Had the 'loaded' fries can't recall the name but had brisket, sour cream, cheese, green onions, BBQ sauce, and some kind of white sauce. DELICIOUS! The waitress was super friendly and she was slammed. All of the staff was pleasant. You could do a lot worse.
RV Review. We are full time RVers and camped in the casinos dry parking lot for one evening. This was perfect for big rigs! We arrived at dark on a Saturday night and the dry lot was 50% full. This is safe, level, free, and easy to get too off the highway! We had a nice dinner in the casino and grabbed coffee and pastry’s in the morning. They make their pastries fresh every morning and coffee/sodas are free in casino! We would definitely park here over night again! The casino is beautiful and clean, every staff member we came across was friendly, and we felt safe! Thanks for offering this amenity for RVers! There is a paid for camping ground, a travel stop, and rest station on the same exit…if the free dry lot is ever full! Safety: Felt super safe with all the lights and security patrols in parking lots Walkability: Walking from the dry comping lot to the RV takes a few minutes but is paved and lit pretty well! Food & drinks: We had a great dinner at the sports bar. The food was fresh and great portions!
Our stop everytime thought or even a run down there for some fun. Rv park is great with a pool and spa which has an adult only time. Casino is just a short free shuttle ride, the restaurants are super good. We enjoy the atmosphere and location and everything about it. Plus the best fuel prices at there market. Well done seven feathers
Overall deserving of 3 stars, but giving four because of excellent pit bosses and table dealers more on this at the end of the review. The slots are tight and variety is low, drink service is despicably slow if you’re at a table it can be 20+ minutes before a drink person even shows up to take your order after the pit calls for drinks, food choices are limited and very mediocre, and service staff are very hit or miss in their customer service aptitude. The pit staff and dealers saved the trip for our group. Friendly, professional, good sense of humor, and made the experience FUN for us. In particular, a supervisor named Aaron, a dealer named Jeremiah, a young man whose name I didn’t get but who self identified as Asian American and as good at math, humorously, and a pit boss named Jed Not Jeb!. These folks gave us five star service. They made the experience fantastic and they are the reason I’ll likely be back next time I’m in the area. Rooms: Room was clean and simple. Shower had great pressure and flow rate - none of that low flow BS here. Walkability: Long walk from the hotel to the gambling floor. Food & drinks: Very mediocre quality and selection available. Noteworthy details: Great pit and table staff. Fun Halloween decorations. Decent arcade for younger kids, but not suitable for leaving them alone if you want to go gamble.
This place sucks unless you like giving money away. We never win. Not sure why we come back ever except that it is close to home. We figured we might win at least once. Never happens, might as well just walk in and hand them our money. They are to greedy for us. Will not be going back. Would rather drive further where at least there is a chance to win. The only reason there are good reviews on here is because the hotel is nice as long as your not going to gamble don't waste your time or hard earned money.
Last summer 2022 we visited and had a good time. Fast forward to this summer we received some coupons and free play dollars—we spent a total of two nights this time around. Excellent modern rooms. The casino has a great vibe, and I appreciate they have lots of places to chill besides just in front of slots. The pool is great, and the restaurants are a great value with great flavor. We don’t live close so won’t be back for a bit, but look forward to going back. Easily the best casino in Oregon!
