Seven Trees Branch Library

Great library. Clean and stocked with plenty of books on various topics. Wonderful place for the whole family. So grateful for our neighborhood library and playground!

some have said there wer vagrants. that must be then. i didnt see any today. there were covered parking areas and lots of cars parked. theres a community center with gym, table tennis and bball. not as big as martin luther gym but bigger than willow glen one. pretty decent selection of books in my opinion. quiet. tech room. has english lessions amd different activities.

can u help me with a question? i heard they provided free showers to the public with the single price of holding onto a id? is this true? what would you need to do so?

Great library and community center. Got lots of work done here. Even has a gym ! Don't know if there's a fee, wish I lived closer so I can use it.

A small but very nice library with all the amenities. This place has nice architecture and lighting. The interior colors are warm and inviting. The librarian is nice and helpful. This place has computers, citizenship classes, computer classes, a children's area, quiet room, and magazines. It has it all in a compact format within the Seven Trees community center. One thing of note is that your child can check out a science kit and they emphasize STEM subjects. Excellent resource for the community.

I was born and raised in San Jose and Seven Trees is my closest public library. I have spent my life avoiding it assuming it was “ghetto”... that was my loss for missing out on 20 years of awesomeness. Now being a mother of 2 boys I stumbled into this gem again and am totally blown away by the positive experiences. Their book selections are amazing, up to date, and easy to access for kids. The children’s area is perfect and filled with weekend programs all kids can enjoy. The programs are amazing. My 5 year old son just signed up for the Summer Reading program receiving a free book and on the way to win more prize! We also were able to redeem 4 free admission tickets to the tech museum! I am overwhelmed with joy that this library has brought. I am internally grateful. We return here weekly since my family fell in love with the Seven Trees Community

The best part about this library is the park behind it. Plenty of female and a good place to jog, play tennis or basketball and a giant parking lot to park your cars for free.

This area is a bit scary only because there are transient people in the parking lot who hang out there which makes me feel unsafe during certain hours. The cameras around the building really help make me feel a bit more comfortable but I'm not sure how far it reaches out to. The actual library facility is wonderful! They now offer an automatic return outsude of the library that scans the book so it makes no mistakes of whether you've returned it or not. It has friendly and helpful staff, a lot of computers and separate rooms people can use to study. Children's area and computer area , and the fact that it's combined with the community building is great! I can go check out a book, work out , shower.. it's one of the nicest ones I've seen. It's neat, organized and I never see a book out of place.

The area might be bad, but the Center is GREAT! It provides my daughter with a multitude of activities; not to mention the Library, plus fitness center for me. Thank you!
