Fabulous customer service. I called on Monday, spoke with Nicole and I explained that I need a portable oxygen concentrator to use on a plane. She asked about the flight time and got me a unit that would last longer enough for the flight. On Friday, 4 days later, I met with Nicole who had the unit charged and ready to use. She explained everything about the unit and how to use it. She even told me call if I have any other questions. Seventh Street Medical Supply definitely cares about its customers. Thank you for caring.
Seventh Street Medical is the EPITOME of Customer Service! I’m a long time user of CPAP. I WAS with the company whose initials are AH. I could not deal with them any longer with my supplies and esp trouble shooting. I switched to Seventh Street Medical! What a great move I made. We asked to come in and try on new masks and even though I was outside the time to switch masks they still had me come in. This is in middle of the Phillips recall and me getting a new machine. THEY WERE CONCERNED WITH ME AND MY WIFE GETTING PROPER SLEEP! Mind you I’m 6’5” and most all masks are not designed for people like me. During the meeting Jill our rep went and asked the owner of the company, Andy to come and help. He did so immediately and spent a good 20-30 minutes with us. Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
The employees at Seventh Street Medical Supply were fantastic to work with and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. They were more than helpful in providing me with the necessary guidance to work through a difficult situation. My order was sent by prescribing physician. 7th street called me and said the order was ready, which was perfect because I needed cpap cushions and was leaving for vacation in two days. I drove over 30 minutes there to find they didn't have my size cushions. The nice lady at counter told me they would ship them to me. I paid for everything and left with the rest of my cpap supplies i.e. hose, head gear etc.. She mentioned that the head gear comes with a cushion. When I got home, I realized the head gear came with wrong size cushion small and I use medium. I just received my shipment, which was supposed to contain six cushions, but there were only five. I called and another nice lady explained that six was inclusive of the one that comes with the head gear. I explained that they gave me the wrong size during initial encounter. She explained that my only option is to drive another hour round trip to exchange the cushion. Very frustrating and definitely not patient/customer focused business.
I went to Seventh Street Medical with what I thought was a problem with the MyAir app for my cpap machine. Andy checked out my machine and insured me that the machine was recording my data correctly. Apparently, there have been some issues with the app itself. Additionally, he made me aware that I could get replacement equipment every 3 months. I was happy about that. I always thought that the insurance would only cover the equipment every 6 months. Andy was very pleasant and helpful. He seemed like a very caring individual.
This team is amazing. After very bad experience with another DME company, I drove almost an hour to find competent, helpful and caring employees. Nicole was extremely helpful explaining everything, especially all of the insurance compliance and supplies policies. We switched my husband over to cover all his bi-pap supplies too as for almost 10yrs we have been buying them out of pocket! I am over the moon with the service I received today and am grateful to know I now have a true advocate for all our current and future DME needs! If I could them MORE than 5 stars, I would!!! Thank you!!!
Super people to deal with. I like supporting small businesses over these big national companies. I dealt with Nicole, Steve and Andy. They treated me great. I needed a portable oxygen consentrator for a family member. CALL THEM. YOU WON'T BE SORRY.
Professional and knowledgably staff. If you need medical equipment or advice this is the place to go and get it. They also have many products on display in the showroom. They helped my mom with equipment for her home shower. Andy was so helpful thru the process and great to work with. I would give Seventh Street Medical 5 stars any day of the week for that personal touch and caring about your needs.
I don’t think I have ever had such an incredible experience at a medical supply store before. I found myself in an emergency situation, needing a replacement CPAP asap. I contacted Seventh Street Medical Supply and Andy, Nichole, and the rest of the staff took care of my needs. Not only did they take care of it, but Andy came in after hours to make sure I was taken care of. That man saved my life. I am beyond thankful for the wonderful service I received here. They stand by their products, they are personable, friendly, and helpful. If you are not getting your medical supplies here, you are making a mistake.
I'm not normally one to write reviews, but I felt the need to comment on one of the most positive experiences I've ever had with a vendor. Seventh Street Medical was extremely helpful in every step of getting my new CPAP machine. From the initial contact after my physicians appointment and in-home sleep study, to today, receiving the new equipment. Cody was extremely helpful in helping me choose a new style mask, and going over the machine to ensure I understood everything. Steve had previously contacted me about the arrival of the equipment and the appointment set-up. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience, something that is not often available in today's hurry up and move on world. i would strongly recommend Seventh Street to anyone as a respectable vendor!
