The goal of Seventy South is to repurpose vacant spaces. We aim to exhibit art in unexpected places and welcome both unanticipated audiences and unforeseen results.
By exhibiting in spaces that are neither designated nor designed exclusively for art, we look forward to the chance interactions between the space and the work. We hope to activate the space and present it not as simply a vehicle for the work but as a collaborator in the exhibition.
