Sevenwinds Casino, Lodge & Conference Center

First issue we had was our room cards. Had to go to the front desk 4 times to get them to work. Next issue was the evening worker, too busy on her phone to look up and had no clue about customer service, couldn't even talk to us. No continental breakfast, not even a coffee pot in the lobby. Last issue was when we wanted to leave, couldn't even cash out our ticket because the casino doesn't open until 10:00 a.m. Thank goodness we found a very nice employee named Mickey that gave us our money.

They offered no seating for a disco cover band. Everyone had to stand all night, and the next night NEW YEARS EVE still very limited seating for a concert, pretty lame, we left. Casino very smoky, we stayed at another hotel that was very nice. Due to no vacancy at the casino which turned out to be a blessing in disguise, done with the Seven winds. casino too. As was posted earlier bad management.

Nice little casino, food was amazing and service staff was A+ fabulous. Very small and limited gift shop. Pool was under construction and not available. Plenty of parking. Air filtration system could use an upgrade.

Forget to pay the lights bill SMH. I don't see why they couldn't its not like you can even win around this place. What makes it worse is when you have money in the machine and the employees don't even come take care of the guest. Hello you close in 30 minutes, I was in middle of playing when electricity went out. And no one has come to down here to tell me about giving me back my money. What the hell kind of place doesn't comfort their customers, told to be patient says one other guest. So I guess sit here and wait, you'd think someone would be trying to make this situation better cause yous took my money I can't even gamble you are closing in 20 minutes now. SMH I'm sorry but shift manager or management should be offering free play or something cause this isn't very convenient is it. It may not been a lot of money but they closed with it still in the machine. But maybe just maybe I could have won something to make this Christmas brighter then its looking. Lol screw the free play, I'm a local how about offering me one of the Christmas trees on display . Anyways hopefully this never happens to any other guest Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas

The Casino was clean and nice. Machines were hard to hit a bonus. When you got one didn't pay out very well. Example, the 4D Wheel of Fortune I was betting $5.00 a spin and got the bonus. After the spin I ended up with $45.00. To me that is a joke. The money I brought to the Casino was gone in the first half hour. The people that was with me had the same luck. And we all played several different slots.

The buffet was closed, and I was hungry. Spent a good amount of time at the games but hovered around the same loss/win ratio, so mostly it wasn’t worth it for me. No soda machine in the non-smoking section.

Stayed in the area for a week. Stopped by the casino nightly. Casino action was fair. Could pay for a while if you know what your doing. The hot dogs sold out on the casino floor are the bomb!!!!

The jacuzzi suite is disgusting. The whole lodge still smells moldy, the bed was horrible. Cigarette burns, old probably original carpet. For the amount of years they have been working on the lodge, one would think that place would be completely updated and new!! Most of the time the people at check in, don't have a clue what they r doing. We had a wedding there last year, with rooms reserved for the wedding party. I, myself and another couple got stuck on the second floor all the way at the end and the floor was"Under construction" Found our later, there were still two rooms not occupied for the wedding party.!!

So, I didn’t actually stay in a hotel room and I didn’t play any games… But I was camping in the area and had to evacuate due to some very severe storms last week and I am so very grateful! Thank you so much to management and staff who took care of us. You didn’t have to go so out of your way to house all of us that were camping in the area but we were so very grateful…Miigwech!

The service was top notch! The ladies working in guest services were another bonus. I would definitely recommend stopping over if you're in the Hayward area.
