Great find had just what I wanted at what I thought was a good price. Very knowledgeable and super friendly young ladies at the checkout counter. Wished we had stopped there first. Beats Home Hardware price, quality, and knowledge of staff. Will always shop here in the future.
Hailey was amazing , helped me find what I needed and then also offered some free shirts and pencils ! Great attitude & amazing service !!
Staff are helpful and nice. The stock is quite limiting so choice can become an issue. I had an issue with 50 cent charge for chopping 8 pieces of 2 x4 pine in half even though they said the were sold in 8 foot lengths. the Lengths were actually 12 foot so they had to be cut at my expense.
Just had the best experience with this business. Thank you John for helping us with a last minute wedding emergency. And a shout out to the three friendly locals that offered to help as well. We will definitely be returning when in the area and highly recommend this business.
Always had great service here. They've gone the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. Always get my material delivered and they are courteous and on-time as promised. Highly recommended!
I had no problem with the staff at the order counter but when I went to the back to pick up my order it was a completely different story. When I handed over the order sheet and the guy discovered i needed some cuts he became very upset and rude he said he was busy and had no time for cuts even though I was the only customer there, then he proceeded to give me a hard time about showing up after 1pm and it is there lunch time like that is my fault. When i told him I would take care of the cuts he rudely told me to do whatever I want. and gave back my order. so I went back in to complain and get my money back. Turns out this guy is the owner husband so I guess that means he can mouth off to customers all he wants I've been there on numerous occasions with no problems but after today I will be going somewhere else
