Bonnie and her team are always ready to help. Every time I call, they resolve whatever question or problem I have in that moment or that same day. Never have they missed my call and I love that they text too!  Big shout out to Bonnie, Genieve, and Crystal for being so patient with me with my late payments, questions, and constant calls. I’ve never felt judged, but always been helped in tough times.  They are the absolute best!

My car insurance  had a slight increase I called  Bonnie to dicuss my concern  Bonnie, and her staff  immediately went to work to address my concern.The next day she called me to let me know a solution was found I retained my car policy, and renewed my homeowner's policy. I am very happy and content with the service her agency provides.I highly recommend her services.

Unfortunately, it was a sad reason I had to contact Bonnie Hernandez Farmers Insurance.  My brother had passed away and I had to cancel his auto insurance.  Everybody I dealt with there were total Rockstars!!  They were kind, patient and very professional.  I highly recommend them.  You  cannot go wrong with them.
