I had a truly fantastic experience at Seymour Dental Centre, and I just have to give a special shout-out to Katherine at the reception for making it even more wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Katherine's bright smile and friendly demeanour. She immediately made me feel at ease and set the tone for the rest of my visit. Her attention to detail ensured that I had all the information I needed, and she patiently answered all of my questions, demonstrating her extensive knowledge about the practice and their services. The rest of the staff at Seymour Dental Centre was equally friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like I was among friends. The dental professionals were highly skilled, and I left the office feeling extremely satisfied with the care I received. I highly recommend their services, and I can't thank Katherine enough for making my visit so wonderful. I will definitely be returning for all my future dental needs with my kids in tow! Thank you, Seymour Dental Centre!
Dr. Lee and his fantastic team have been so amazing, my experience with Seymour Dental was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend visiting for routine and more complex work. Dr. Lee used his years of experience with candid honesty, patience and fair pricing to give me a lasting change that I could not be happier with! My improved bite and facial profile have given me comfort, strength and even a nice confidence boost with my shining new smile. Thank so much Dr. Burt Lee, and kudos to your team Katherine, Monika, Donna and Nita for being so pleasant, professional and attentive. Truly a five star experience that will always be grateful for!
Went for my first routine scaling and cleaning at this office. They do a meticulous job. Also, all the free lip balm watermelon, raspberry, strawberry is very nice. Hygienist Monika does a gentle cleaning with no uncomfortable scratching. Monika also did an x-ray and the team noticed some grey spots near the back. They certainly focus on the details. One of my fillings fell out a week before. Dr Lee and Lauren were able to fit me in their schedule on the same day and patch me up after my cleaning. It's nice to have very little wait time, and continuity of service. I notice that Dr Lee can do freezing injections without much pain. He has a pain minimizing technique where his jiggles your lip so you don't feel freezing going in. I was thankful for that. The office has lots of NHL decor. General location of the dental office is beautiful and full of trees. You can stroll in the nearby park behind the dental office. Before my appointment, I went to the library to relax and read some books about BC park trails.
Been coming myself plus my elderly parents for more than 15 years - the longer drive is absolutely worth the trust we have built up. Dr Lee is a perfectionist when it comes to his work, and always discusses options and prices with us and adding relevant advice for oral care pro-actively. A month ago, the amazing hygienist Monica, always friendly, careful AND efficient, picked up on a barely noticeable but important symptom to take to our GP for further investigation, which was worth its weight in gold. Last but not least, Kathryn is most often the person who has to juggle late patients, appointments, etc but somehow manages to be warm and kind every single time. Not to mention last week escorting my mom from an Uber downstairs, keeping me in the loop, and taking mom back again afterwards when I could not be there. The whole team is caring, pleasant, and get along. That alone says a whole lot. They are a gem in the neighbourhood and a balm to the notorious chore of taking care of teeth! Highly recommend.
Katherine always goes above and beyond for my scheduling needs as I have a difficult schedule when booking. She literally moves heaven and earth to accommodate my needs which is very very much appreciated!! Thank you Katherine and all the staff at Seymour Dental! 5 stars!!! Stirling Fowler
I am a medical doctor myself. I went with my cousin to Dr Lee. My cousin had a tooth pain since years but no dentist could find out the real cause. Dr lee not only found the root of the cause but also explained every thing so perfectly. He is knowledgeable and a kind person. I recommend Dr Bert Lee to everyone.

I’m lucky to have relatively healthy teeth so dentist visits usually boil down to the overall experience. Service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The hygienist had a sure and steady hand. All in all, I walked out feeling better and with my teeth feeling great. See you in six months!
