This station is convenient, but poor parking. It is downright impossible to find parking that is not permit only. All the parking by the station is 2 hr only and good luck finding information on how you are supposed to get a permit. If you park by the train station, you will get a $15 ticket for parking in the only parking available, which is 2 hr limit parking. You only find out from other commuters that you need to go to the police station to get a permit. It would be nice if they made commuting from that station easier, or at least provided information on how/where to park. ***Update*** You can go to the Seymour police department 24/7 to get a free pass if you are only going to be on the train periodically. It is a yellow piece of paper that you fill out and put on your dash, which allows you to park in the permit only areas and not get ticketed or towed. If you want to get a 1 year permit, you need to call the Seymour police department and talk to the records person. The permits are $25/year. Hope this helps everyone
