I ordered off of Door Dash. The employee accepted even though they did not have what I ordered in stock. I was offered a 6 pack instead of the 12 pack I ordered. Please do not accept on Door Dash if you do not have it in stock. Save the hassle.

Overall a great place to stop for most of your drinking needs. Helpful staff make things short and sweet!

What is happening to the beer and wine store? It seem as though staff is very unhappy. There used to be a stocky girl there, always smiling and happy. I’m note sure why store would be out of stock of a lot of items. I needed my brand of beer and it wasn't there twice! Unacceptable! A man was there working A while ago and I’m not sure if he’s new but I hope he’s not..very sad atmosphere, not sure if it’s closing down or not.

Why would any decent business in their right mind keep closing at random hours? They say they're open until midnight or 2am but they almost always close up hours earlier, almost impossible to tell when these guys will be open but they're the only place within walking distance to me. The selection they offer is also pretty lacking of most the basic drinks for a goddamn Liquor store.

My experience is, I have been a consumer from the date this store was open. I lived in a house close by when it was called the Coach House. Long term resident of the North Shore. I went in today to get a bottle of wine. The staff allowed a large unleashed Rottweiler into the store. It basically ran around all over including the back of the till area. 2 staff were there, one male and one female personnel. The male was fine with it running around ok with dogs but the female was sort of ok but totally into dogs. I, at the time grabbed a bottle of wine and proceeded to the counter to pay. I am allergic to dogs and do not invite them into my space.... The dog went for my crotch and I lifted my knee to block its face like I always do with anyone's dog unleashed and not incontrol. The owner of the dog looked apologetic but the male counter personnel said that's not cool dude!! Kicking a dog. I told him I did not and additionally I don't need a dog in my crotch. I was in work clothes but if I was in nice clothes this would be an issue!!! Cleaning bill!! He then said dogs are allowed in here and are totally ok. I guess unleashed is also ok. He was billigerent to me and we argued about the situation. I did not purchase the wine and left. I have been in North Van my entire life and will NOT shop in this store again.... I will make sure none on my other North Shore friends shop there ever. One of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I have been in. By the way., I can also note the Show wine at other stores are at 21.99 and they have it at 27.99 plus tax. Brutal survice and expensive.

So after a solid year of shopping for all my alc at this location I had gotten to know a few of the employees pretty well, I'd signed up for an account and let them scan a copy of my ID aswell and racked up quite a few points through throwing parties frequently. After I had signed up for an account with them they told me If I ever lost my ID they could still sell to me as they had scans of both my drivers license and carecard. So earlier this week I lost my wallet and I've had to carry around my passport with me everywhere since then and a photocopy/scan of my drivers license and two other seperate pieces of ID. This was sufficient for ICBC, a police road-stop, and I even used these pieces to go out drinking last weekend, but when I stopped into my local favorite store the girl who was apparently new didn't want to take my Passport and 3 OTHER PIECES OF ID. She said that because they were only pictures of ID that she could not do anything. After just having lost everything in my wallet the most I can do is carry my freaking PASSPORT and the photocopy was so I could drive, I begged her to look in the system for me and even asked her to call one of her colleagues as they had told me several times they could look up my ID through the system but nope. this girl had the audacity to shove the two pieces of ID sign in my face so hard it fell onto the floor in front of me.. absolutely disgusting, never shopping at this store again.

today i went to this liquor store to purchase for myself some tequila, I had given the girl at the desk both my piece of Id but because my hair was not long like in the photo she owuld not sell to me and because of no signature she would not take my other debit cards. i was very upset. she te casheir did not give me a good reason for not selling to me. 00/10

Frequently gives me cheaper beer than I ordered wrong item entirely on door dash orders
