SF Downtown Flixbus Station

My Felix bus experience was terrible. It was life threatening. The bus was on fire and I sat in the back and very close to the fire After this happened, this company didn’t take any responsibility. And you have figure out your own way to finish the trip .my luggage was burned and they didn’t response for my lost. Also i cancelled return the trip. But after three month, I haven’t got my money back. Everyone should not take their bus for your life and money.

terrible lost and found service. we took a bus from SF to LA at 22:10 and we missed the departure time at Avenal. Driver didn't wait and our luggage and backpack stayed inside the bus. Next Flixbus couldn't take us because it was full but gave us despatcher number and told that our bus after San Diego will come back to LA at 12:30 and leave our luggage somewhere there. Despatcher didn't help at all. Other buses were cancelled. We were there from 02:05 to 13:19. When we tried to ask official Flixbus support about luggage they said that we need to create request and wait for 14 days. Doesn't work for us. We are tourists and we had a travel plan. It was 17:30 when we arrived to LA. So, at next day at 10:00 on Downtown, LA we talked with another driver and he explained that Flixbus combine other companies under it's name. On our direction Tour Coach was working. Driver called to their office to Darold and we described our luggage. It was in the office: Tour Coach Charter, South Tubeway Avenue, Commerce, CA. There we got our luggage. They reported it 30min before our call. Before taking a trip by this company take a picture of driver, bus number, put a tag with your name and phone number on luggage and hope that nobody take it during stops

Absolutely terrible. On 9/28 myself and about seven others waited for over two hours due to a delayed bus later explained by a driver leaving their shift early. There was little communication at the time and we were left outside at a bus stop until 1:00 am there was no shelter or anything. I made a complaint for a refund as the website stipulated that a refund could be requested if the bus was that late. I was told that because the "contract was fulfilled" a refund would not be possible, but they would give me a voucher for another trip. I attempted to use the voucher last night and found that it was for $3. $3 for waiting outside for two hours. I will never use Flixbus again. MegaBus and Greyhound are much better options.

I took the bus from Anaheim to San Francisco , very comfortable bus, very reasonable for the price. It was cheap way for me. The signs are not visible however you can ask and people will help you. I felt safe . We left on time. My trip was ok.

They left 10 of us at the designated Flix stop. Instead an unmarked bus stopped on the far away street with no markings etc. Customer service has no contact with bus driver. The whole thing is a shitshow. Paid 55 dollars for nothing.

Flixbus SF to LA. Comfy bus, funny driver. But the bus stop at SF disaster. Wpuld not find it without google.

Predatory pricing surges right before bus leaves. Absolute garbage

As of 2023.05.08, there is no sign saying Flixbus, and if you go in front of the map on the ticket, there is a sign saying Megabus. Get on board in front of it.

Never travel on the Flix bus, I received updates that the bus was delayed first for an hour and then for 2 hours and in the end, after waiting, they canceled the trip. They do not give you compensation or assistance.

7hr trip between SF and LA, stop halfway, very reasonable price
