Got product quickly. Owner took time to answer all my questions. Has performed very well with only slight voltage drop at peak amps. Currently comparing performance against other top lipo speed run batteries. Still figuring out what configuration these batteries like to perform at their best. Will be a steady buyer of the O.P.S. Lipo batteries.
Had a hard time finding the wheels I wanted, thankfully I found them at Shadow Hobbies and they arrived quickly. Great customer service!! Would definitely refer to friends!!

I accidentally ordered the wrong body for a RC car. I asked if he could cancel the order and refund my paypal payment. He took care of it as he hadn't shipped it yet. A+. I will definitely order from him in the furture!
If you like being ignored. This is the place for you! Came in, asked around if anybody worked there. Left without being helped. Waste of time. Went to best buy to buy my drone and will find someone else to fix me emaxx.
One of the most complete hobby store for the discriminating remote control enthusiast in North Jersey. Bob the owner gives top notch customer service to anyone that enters the door. Under the new normal wearing face mask is encourage. He has 2 assistants who are helping him during busy times. The are more selections of Horizon Hobby branded aircrafts, helicopters, Traxxas cars, trucks, air soft, static display remote controls and huge array of spare parts, kits, tires, batteries, land, aircraft transmitter. Shadow hobbies has it. There's indoor slot car racing on weekends with computerized scoring among those deep into this hobby. One could spend the whole day in the store just ogling in the main floor and basement to marvel on what's available for all tiypes of customers young, middle age and seniors with different interests. Shadow hobby prices are competitive with online retailers particularly on RTR, kits etc. If simple repairs are needed on any RC Bob won't hesitate to work on it as long as there are no lines waiting. Weekdays mid morning or late afternoons are the best times to visit the store as well as anytime during weekends during store hours. Customers should try to call the store due to changes in store hours. After visiting Shadow Hobbies, one would have second thoughts of ordering on line elsewhere. There's nothing like actually seeing what the hobbyist need. However, it has it's own website shadowhobbies.com to check inventory or to order ahead for pickup. Would recommend this store to anyone who want their stuff immediately like... right now. There's a huge parking lot across the store or in front by the street.
Bob was extremely helpful and generous with my 8 year old son. He realized he was a beginner on the slot car race track and took the time to help him through the experience. Definitely recommend Shadow Hobbies for anything slot car and r/c vehicles! It was a great experience! Will definitely be back!! Thanks Bob
