I give it 5 stars because the girls in the office are the sweetest people. Is it the ritz?? Of course not. But a house is what you make it. Do they have some maintenance problems?? Yes a few. But none the less it gets done. I have been here a little over a year. It is quite and no violence since i have been here. I kinda love my trailer.

Homicide, drug deal gone bad at the intersection of Thoroughbred and Mustang. Check the crime in the trailer park, it's ridiculous. Place needs to be shut down. True definition of slumlord management. No idea what the other cat is talking about, with his no violence statement. Check Google or WRAL for the murders around here.

If I could give them a negative number I would. These people will not fix anything. They want to continually raise the rent for trailers that are falling apart. Slum lords at their finest.

Well it's under new management, so we'll see... Hope things get better here now. I'll let you know. Hopefully all the killings, break-ins and drugs are in the way out.

I don't live there. Only visited twice. The trailer i was helping my friend move into seemed nice and had a good amount of space. And it seemed to be affordable for a 2 bed room. It's a little run down looking, the area.

Very Urban neighborhood

Not the best place to live. But if you're on a budget and Need something this is your place.
