Shady Oaks was born from a passion for the outdoors, a love for culinary arts, and a strong desire to provide fresh, specialty food to local communities through sustainable farming methods.
We only use 100% organic inputs in all of our growing process and treat all of our our mushrooms as if they are our precious little babies.
Our greenhouse in Newburyport, MA currently produces four varieties of fresh 100% organic oyster mushrooms, sold to various restaurants in Boston and throughout the North Shore, at farmers markets and a few retail locations.
