My experience was terrifying! The owner assaulted me. She was 15 min late for my appointment so I was trying to talk to her about when I can reschedule since I had another commitment. The place was very dirty and unclean. She was extremely rude and suddenly charged towards me, pushed me and tried to snatch my phone. I am planning to report her to the police. I am terrified. Please be safe and do not go here!! Below is the picture of her charging at me

Had a Brazilian wax about a week ago, great price, very clean environment, the woman who did the waxing made me feel super comfortable. It was my first. She did a great job!

The owner is very friendly and kind! I went in for waxing and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the service. I was very satisfied with how clean and professionally everything was handled. I'm new to Aurora so I will definitely being going back for these services!

Normally when I come to get my Brazilian there are no issues. But this time it was abnormally painful! It fell like pieces of skin were being ripped off with each pull.  Afterwards my skin was really red. 2 days later I have scabs all over and my skin is in shambles! I will not be returning. Get waxed AT YOUR OWN RISK!
