Front desk confirmed appt and arrival and I drive 1 hour in for them to say come back tomorrow. Front desk Shalini then lied to co worker Mohini that she confirmed I am eligible for appointment but that is not true. This is not a good place. They will waste your time and effort.

Very bad reception at the clinic. She was not ready to call my insurance company for the details. I had to pay $95 from out of my pocket and when I called the insurance company myself, they told that it’s only $35 copay. It’s just that the receptionist didn’t want to do any work. Hopefully the Doctor takes care of it.

The front desk assistant is rude! She doesn’t want to help the patients. When I requested them to fill out the “Physical Examination form” which I had to submit it to my employer. She said “its too much of work to do, I can’t do it”. And not to mention those were only 3 of paper to be filled and it was just yes or no questions. She said I can’t do anything you have to come back on Monday. How am I supposed to come back on Monday when I work full time? This is ridiculous. Totally disappointed. I request them to hire more employees so that they can be productive and helpful.

I have been going here for too long almost 7 years and they still treat me like I’m a first timer because they obviously want money. I couldn’t make it in to see the doctor one day and asked if I could have the pharmacy fax them to get the meds I need which seems like pretty basic protocol for a long term patient. They of course always ask the same question when is the last time you saw the doctor and if you say anything more than a week or even explain that you have been a long term patient they still say you need to see a doctor so that they can charge you to run more tests that don’t even need to be performed.  My bp is always high when I go see the  doctors because they always make it stressful and impossible to just get in and out without any drama.  I really do need to change the place I go to.  It’s absolutely ridiculous there.

the front desk is so rude, mean , don't care about you . They treat you like your insurance is not paying them for there services.  The drs are always in a bad mood . Iam going to change my drs office !

Had a phone visit with Dr. Tolentino on Saturday and she was suppose to fax my prescription over to the pharmacy, well it was NEVER FAXED OVER, they made sure they took my Co-payment, once I’m feeling better I will be getting a new physician moving forward.  Horrible experience!!!

I normally never post reviews, but after this incident at this Dr's office I firmly believe I should let everyone know. If I could of left no stars I definitely would. I couldn't believe how poorly the receptionist Bajas spoke to me. She was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I'm highly disappointed. I was never treated anywhere like this. Looks like many people have also complained about her behavior. Take your business elsewhere unless you would like to be treated like rubbish.

Do not go to this doctor. Receptionists are very unprofessional and very rude. They don’t know how to be polite or respect the patients. Doctor does extra exams not necessary to charge more money.  If you want professionals to attend to your needs please go somewhere else. Terrible service. I discontinued going there. Definitely will not go back.

Such a horrible wait and service nurses have attitudes u can't get any type copies of ur records they always loosing ur charts, they wana charge u to ask 1 question. And every single patient he says go on a diet and u have high blood pressure, gives u pills u don't need to be taking. I left there 10yrs ago.  Off all the medications he gave me. And no high blood pressure.  So be careful check urself out
