I guess I will ne the first review..I'm flabberghasted at my first and only experience here. The lady at the front desk is very hard to understand..when I came in she was just getting off the phone, and she asked me for my insurance card. As I go to hand it to her the phone rings and it's a credit card company and she starts arguing with them on the phone about payments and closing the account etc. This goes on for ten minutes, and I even recorded it. Finally when shes done, she asks for my card and if it's my first time using it, points to the card and says "See right there it says you have a deductible of 20,000 dollars, you have to pay 150 your first time, go call your company and then come back" and I show her where she pointed it said 20 DOLLARS, not 20,000...nowhere ok n the card does it talk about 20,000$ deductible, and she all but shooed me away..and when I explained I'll have to think about it because I'm trying to find a good obgyn since I'm newer to Florida, she straight up told me to go somewhere else! I'm literally the most timid, polite person ever, and I have NEVER had such an experience! Will not be coming back.
