I ordered two shirts 10 days ago for samples to see if our company wants to carry them we sale approx. 4,000 shirts a month. They still haven't shipped...I could have picked the cotton and milled it myself by the time these shirts arrive.. UPDATE after receiving the shirts...they are great quality but gotta get them out the door faster...would I recommend this company? "YES" but be advised it may take awhile to receive items.

Quality is ok had to wait 15 days for my wholesale order to be completed and ready for pickup. too long of a lead time and everything is usually out of stock literally. Garment dropped shoulder tees out of stock retro heavyweight black L and M out of stock.

They only sell the hoodies in increments of 6???? How does that make any sense. So to fill my customers order I have to get 16 additional hoodies that I don't need or want at a substantial cost. Whoever made that rule is losing business and should lose their job, I was about to place a $5,000 order and now that will go to another brand. Good Job.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I emailed and called for 4 days asking for simple measurement specs on a particular garment that I was planning on ordering a large order. There solution is telling me they can't give out any specs and told me that the only specs they have are listed on the bottom of the site. After already ordering one sample from them and knowing the specific spec I needed wasn't listed they couldn't even help me with simple measurements for clothes that I was going to order through them?! Please don't support these imposters. Spend your money on a more quality wholesome company.

I had an order for tank tops for a bachelor party. My normal vendor was out of the size and color I needed. Shaka Wear was the only vendor that had what I needed. I have never used them before and am pretty picky with the shirts I use for my customers I put designs onto them. I placed an order for 9 shirts. I received my shirts and absolutely LOVE these tanks!! The material is thick but super soft and flexible. Shaka Wear is definitely my new go to!

I have purchased and received as gifts the plaid cargo short approximately 15 pairs of various colors I am a big guy and they are pretty comfortable. However, the top pockets are hit and miss with the quality of fabric they use. Most of the pockets get holes within a month. Now, one of my newest pair, the cargo pocket stitching has come undone on the side, making the pocket unusable usually the pocket I carry my wallet and keys. They have always had poor stitching with threads unraveling throughout the top or Velcro area.kind of stinks because, again, I am a big guy and they fit nice and the price is good. Might need to find another brand.

Their products are great but I'm rating their customer service. They have the worst customer service!! They are rude and if you order something by phone you have to wait 2-3 days to go pick up your order. I go to Pro 5 and they give me my order on the same day and their service is much better. They need to get better service because I know a lot of people with small businesses that stopped purchasing from them for the same reason. Sometimes when I ask fir something they tell me to call back in 30 minutes or they keep me on hold forever.

Good quality t shirts that last cost more but worth the price

Great shirts at a great price. But the shipping is outrageous. Gotta lower the shipping rate otherwise I'm shopping elsewhere.
