Took a trip to Vegas and found Shake Shack in Henderson. It's a walk up and order and the food is brought out to you tye of place. The burgers were great but small, I ate half a burger in three bites and not even big bites. We had the double down fries that came with creamy cheese sauce, bacon, and sweet cherry peppers diced. The fries served three of us, no problem. The shakes were bomb, take your pick. There are great options for meat eaters and non meat eaters. Fun fact, the tables are made of reclaimed bowling lanes, pretty cool. We enjoyed the food and would come back again.
Fantastic service! We love going to this Shake Shack location when we visit friends in Henderson. It’s clean and the food/drinks are ready pretty quickly. Bacon Cheese Fries is our go-to snack. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - the bacon and cheese are the perfect toppings. The new White Truffle Burger was amazingly delicious! The shakes were both good. It does taste different than a regular milkshake because of the house-made frozen custard inside so keep that in mind. Thanks Shake Shack for always satisfying our cravings!
Came in around 5:00 with my friend so we could grab an early dinner. Nobody else was in line which was nice. I think we got somebody on their first day but he was able to take our order and made sure it came out correctly. The inside of the building was clean and we did not have to wait too long for our food to arrive.Food: 4/5
The manager Stephanie tried to embarrass me because I received a severely undercooked burger! She’s an awesome manager! Sarcasm engaged. And she told me all their burgers have pink in them! Ahhh isn’t that a health risk?Food: 1/5
Expensive for a tiny burger. Hungry again in an hour, but it was tasty. Poor service though, had to wait quite a while just to have someone not check our IDs. When food did come, server was dismissive and ran off before we could ask for anything.Food: 4/5
First time trying Shake Shack. I sampled the truffle burger and parmesan fries. Overall it was quite tasty. I really enjoyed the fries!Food: 3/5
The staff is super friendly like they accommodated all the requests of our group. But the food variety isn't that great. They have good shakes and fries. I didn't like their drinks, I had the cherry hibiscus one and it was a little bit sugary which I don't like in my drink. But overall, I would give it. 3-4 stars for the nicest staff I ever met.
It always good as usual, when you travel in Vegas, you can stop by and have good burger.
Every time I visit America I need to stop into a shame shack. It’s by far my favourite chain restaurant. This shake shack is probably the best I’ve had. Great location, super clean, the people are very nice. The burger itself is cooked perfectly. It’s not undercooked, not over salted, not greasy. You can tell they really pay close attention to the detail of the burger. It’s almost commercial worthy. The fries on the other hand were either cooked too long or were sitting for too long. They were crispy and dry. Overall they’re still a 5/5.
I ordered online for a curbside pickup. I was waiting for 15 mins calling too for them to come outside with my order. I finally went inside assuming they were busy but they weren’t. I’m guessing they didn’t feel like bringing the food out. Also, the fries were horrible. Looks like they were cooked in old oil.
