The worst place to live. Very expensive infested, old, moldy apartments. No amenities, but you will get a bunch of roaches, a few mice, and a manager who does not care about maintenance concerns. The manager is inexperienced and is ghetto and thinks it is not a big deal to have "a few roaches" because as quoted she has experienced roaches and it was no big deal. The owner is new and does not like to interact with the tenants so no one can help you in anything but the ratchet management person. It was a nightmare living there; basically whatever issue arise in your apartment they will call a cheap DIY private contractor. No pest control. No maintenance. RUN..

horrible literally. do not move here unless you like roaches everywhere or can deal with bad management i lived here for 12 months and everything was fine until i saw roaches in places in my apartment. roaches in my room, the living room, kitchen and even the BATHROOM. one time there was a roach in the literal microwave. one roach was literally right next to my bed in my room. i couldnt sleep without looking around my room 24/7 for any roaches. another time was when i came back to my apartment just to see a roach on my DOOR. do not move here unless you can survive this mess

I lived here from 2016 until I moved in 2020 and when I moved in 2016 it was fine but come April 2017 it went down hill! The property looked a hot mess and nothing was taken care of! My neighbor, on the third floor was a hot mess. She did not know how to m mind her business! The property was just ran down into the hole! So glad I moved when I did!

Do not move here!! Do not even look. The units are small and the rent is very high. There are no amenities. No Pool,No Gymn,No Community room and the laundry rooms  are always out of order. The manager Cynthia treats the residents like dirt.She has run so many longtime rent paying tenants out of here with her nasty behavior. She in turn replaces them by moving in deadbeats who never pay the rent on time. Evictions are rampant.She also charges tenants for maintenance which is illegal. There are now fines and fees for everything. The residents here are treated like inmates and Cynthia Wilson believes she is the warden. She fails to realize that her salary is based on good tenants that pay rent on time each month. We were all raised with the GOLDEN RULE she apparently was not. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere.

I am a veteran and I have only been here a short time but most of my neighbors do NOT pay their rent on time or maybe not at all. I feel like a fool rolling into the rental office on the 1st or before and dutifully paying up my obligations when hardly anyone else does. So if you are a rental deadbeat move here,.This IS the place for you..

Infested with roaches and mold. Bad management.  No amenities.

I just moved here a month ago and I love it, the leasing people are really nice "soya" spell check is really nice and Jeff the Maitnance man. Only problem I've had so far is package was stolen from infront my door. Apartmemt is big and spacious I won't be moving anytime soon
