I have been taking my rings here for cleaning and service for 5+ years. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I have had an issue with a stone wiggling free of my band twice, and they are very easy to work with to have them repair/replace under the warranty. Usually I have my rings back in a few days if for repair. If I am waiting, they kindly offer for me to look around however they aren’t pushy about making another sale or upgrade. They also just remodeled the inside of the store and it’s much more welcoming.
I married the most amazing man and he bought me an incredibly beautiful wedding ring! Unfortunately, 3 yrs later, I lost that ring. We discovered that my ring had been retired. I was so sad and broken until Denny and Mike helped us find our replacement! I never thought we would even come close to the original, but they made it happen! It looks almost identical weight, clarity and color! They were able to expedite the configuration as well, despite the staffing shortages due to Covid! My ring is as beautiful as my marriage and I’m so very grateful to the Shane Co team for making this happen! I will never go anywhere else for fine jewelry!
I have my dream engagement ring that my fiancé bought at the Shane Co. It is BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately, side stones keep falling out. I’ve had to bring my ring in 3 times over 7 months. It breaks my heart every time I drop it off but the staff, specifically Kate, is always so kind and helpful and I haven’t had to pay for the repairs. I just wish the quality of the ring was better.
This is the best Jewelry Store I have ever been too. I bought my wife’s engagement ring there as well as several other rings. Their staff does not work on commission, so there is no pressure. They are extremely professional and pleasant. The quality of their diamonds and products is far above the competition at very good prices. The warranty and cleanings for life included is among the best. You won’t be disappointed! Every employee we have worked with has been great, but today we had Kate. She went above and beyond!
Went into the store not really expecting to purchase a ring. Went mainly just to look. We worked with Cadell who was amazing and found the exact ring that I have been looking at online for months in the store. He went out if his way to find the setting styles I loved and did his best to find a diamond within our price range that was still beautiful. He let us know all the options for putting a down payment and financing the ring. He was fun to talk to and joke with. Will be coming back in the future for upgrades and for my husband’s band. What I really did love was that we didn’t feel pressured like how we did when looking at rings in the jewelry stores at the mall. We felt comfortable and it was very low stress. I would say that to make your visit easier and find what you like sooner, look online at what they have and show them. I have a specific style that none of the other stores we went to ever had or found for us. Shane co found what we wanted and styles that matched what we were looking for. The policy is also very nice, free and understandable. Now I’m just waiting for the ring to come back from getting sized and getting the diamond installed. Very excited!
I had a million questions, and Kate was absolutely amazing and helped me with everything. I went for a non-traditional wedding band and engagement ring, and Shane Co took great care of me and the end result is PERFECT and exactly what I was looking for. I shopped around for several months, and I wish I would have started my search here. Their prices are competitive, and I am constantly getting compliments on my set. I won’t be going elsewhere in the future for any jewelry purchases. I can’t recommend them enough!
Shane Company has been great to work with over the years. Dana was my sales rep when I bought an engagement ring years ago, and she was very helpful and supportive when selecting the ring. It turned out great! Since then, she has been really supportive to find a matching wedding band and now an anniversary band. I have so much to say but I’m going to sum it up quick here. I am a small business owner who whole-heartedly believes that a company’s best asset is their employees. They truly are the pulse of the business. From the minute you walk into the Minnetonka store, you’re welcome by friendly associates who are eager to help. It just keeps getting better from there too. Shop at Shane Co if you want a first class experience. I have been a customer for 12 years and now drive 5 hours to work with Paula, Ann and Kate at the Minnetonka store. To be clear, I drive past a number of jewelers on the way but Shane Co is the best in the business! They are the best in the business because of their employees. We just spent a few months working on creating my absolute dream ring An upgrade after 10 years ... !! And I can’t say enough good things about the knowledge, friendliness and patience I have received while working with these three made my experience the absolute best I could have ever imagined. I'm hoping this review makes its way to someone who can contact me in regard to employee incentive too - we own a resort in Northern MN and would absolutely LOVE to help collaborate on an event at our resort. My wife and I came in to buy a new engagement ring as we had lost our old one. We worked with Kate and she was beyond fabulous. Very patient with us. She was willing to help us find exactly what we wanted. We ended up with a little bit different of a band and she helped guide us to find the best deal for our price range. 100% recommend. Ask for Kate!
My partner and I went to Shane Co to look for engagement rings and could not have been happier. We cannot recommend Kate Lundquist enough! She was very patient in allowing us to explore different ring settings & stone cuts and was very knowledgeable.
