I'm about to be a 35 yr old Single Father of 3 girls. I was born at W.C.A. Hospital in Jamestown, NY. Lived in Gerry, NY till 2nd grade, before moving to Cherry Creek, NY and attending and graduating Pine Valley. While at Pine Valley I played Baseball, Football, Soccer and was a year book editor. After HS I went to college at Paul Smith College in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains, where I studied Park and Recreation Management.
After College I moved back home and started doing Construction. Which was a great experience as well, learning and taking in everything I could about constructing new builds, remodels, additions, foundations, etc... I did that for 7 yrs before being offered a better job as a Housing Rehab Specialist running my own crew Insulating and air sealing houses to make them more energy efficient. I was also on an experimental crew of installing solar hot water tanks where we installed solar hot water panels on the customers roofs.
Some issues that were out of my hands led me to becoming a Realtor (which is great because I always wanted to be a Realtor) I have excelled in Real Estate in my first couple years. With Awards such as......
