Terrible mobile home park. Only moved here because they're the cheapest I could find, but what a mistake. Every trailer has a screened in porch, but apparently, you aren't allowed to leave your dog out there during the day and bring them in at night. But the crazy thing is, some people still do it anyways and don't get in trouble because they're buddies with the front office. Same with parking on grass. You're not allowed to do it unless you're buddies with the office. Also the neighbors are very rude and loud. Don't move here.
Haven't been here long and everytime I call the office nobody is there I live here and nobody is ever at the office. Open till 6 but nobody's ever around to help.
Wonderful food must see place.

This place is a joke. The maintenance men are idiots it took two months for them to figure out that my air conditioning needed freon. In the hottest part of the summer July and August. I don't know maybe they just like torturing people. But if u are desperate this is the place for you it's only $615 a month. They generally always have at least one place open if you're willing to move in without it being cleaned first.
Cant wait for Keller Williams to pick builder to build new homes here. Been in area gor 20+ years and have heard for all those years,that they were on the way out. Finally saw some of new plans and ideas for area. Can't wait.
Hopefully the park will be sold to someone who knows how to manage a mobile home park and also they need actually trained maintenance men. Not some "handyman" who starts work them leaves your house to go drinking at his house. Problems that you may have are that the maintenance men don't really know what they are doing. That's if they ever make it to your house. The shower they put in is leaking into the bathroom floor and into the walls because they used the wrong grout and never sealed it. Needless to say the walls have mold in them now and I've been waiting months to have them repair them. They come by and "look" at it every month or so.
I wish they had a little bit higher standards for that neighborhood or at least would require the tenants that do not I wish they had a little bit higher standards for that neighborhood or at least would require the tenants go through a full psychological background check and not allow so much Riff Raff to come around I don't suggest going to this neighborhood this place sucks
Clean, energetic, and love the care of the trailers in the area. Definitely a must move to park if you're in the market for a trailer.
I set an appointment up a week in advance,I get there,they tell me have nothing now,as of 10am that morning, not even a phone call to let me know,so unprofessional, don't waist your time with these people ,go elsewhere, your time is more valuable.and all that park was,is way over priced tin cans
