We are dedicated to helping you make personal fitness a lifestyle. SHAPE UP offers an array of programs including the popular Shape UP Boot Camps, Personal Training options, and Wellness Consultations. Boot Camp classes are one-hour total body workouts that include intense cardio drills, obstacle courses and strength training exercises that will optimize your calorie burn. All equipment is provided including free weights, medicine balls, body bars, resistance tubing, bosu trainers, hurdles, agility ladders, and much more. Shape Up Boot camp will challenge you.
Personal Training is offered by Chris Maloney who is certified by both NASM and ACE. Personal Training can take place in a gym environment, outdoors, or at yourhome. The CHOICE is yours.
Wellness consultations are complete fitness assessments designed to develop a game plan to achieve your desired goals.
