Horrible office! Incompetent staff, rude and can’t manage to do their job. When orders are put in and requested 6 weeks in advance by a specialist and they can’t even respond or submit the approval to the doctor in that amount of time there is a problem. Making seniors wait especially when they are heart patients under care if a specialist is not ok. And when you complain Dr. Sharma doesn’t want you as a patient. Horrible service. Glad my mother is not going here anymore.

The PA Michael Jasso has decided to make me stop my neuropathic pain meds Lyrica cold turkey because he disagrees with meds I’ve been taking for over 5 years for an inoperable spinal cord tumor, and he didn’t want to fill my script on a Friday. So now I’m probably driving 3 hours to Mexico to get enough to last me til I can find a new doctor.

The front office are always nice and patient with me. They really do care about your health, one of the cardiologist wasn’t comfortable with me going home with high heart rate and sent me to ER. Luckily I was able to get away with medication but overall a really good primary care.

i have been calling today at 350 and was holding for twenty minutes. called back and she but me on hold again. the office staff is so bad and rude the only reason i keep my boys there is they have asthma so bad. he's been their dr. for 14yrs. i like him but he's office people should all be fired including the guy who does the paper work to go to other doctors. he's so mixed up all the time. all they do is talk.they forget we see them when we are there.all the help these days are rude.

The receptionist in the Victorville office are super rude and have attitude. They don’t want to listen to the client that has the appointment and they think they are always right. Just didn’t like the unprofessional side. Rolling of the eyes don’t make eye contact with you and as your walking away they talk to each other about you.

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment only to have it canceled the day before then took any open PA appointment and I show up and i was was told the wrong office. And that was just the last nightmare from this office. Waited way to long to leave them.

Dr. Sharma is a very good efficient doctor. Her PA staff is not. I have been yelled at by them and if you request to see Dr. Sharma they say the wait is 3 months. I like the doctor just not the PA staff

I've been coming for about 2 years and every time i a set an appointment I always end up waiting more than an hour to get called in . Most of my appointment are always rushed although the doctor's are nice and staff are nice ,I just feel like their not organized with timing and setting the doctor's appointments. They seem to always be running behind. Not to happy here planning on finding a new clinic.

Terrible experience. Always hard to get in and then they reschedule on you. Had a 10:00 appt. but they called rescheduled it for earlier. Was barely 5 minutes late due to traffic - High Desert is growing too much, even when you think you left extra time still end up being late due to traffic and lights. Instead of signing in at my appt time I was honest and signed in at the time I arrived. The one girl at the front desk didn’t let them know I was there because she was too busy on the phone. Almost 20 minutes later, another patient who had just walked in was called back. The girl at the front desk was finally available and called me over to tell me that since I had been 5 minutes late for my appt. they would no longer be able to see me. Are you kidding? If she had been available and let them know the minute I arrived I would have been called back right away like the other lady was! I had a reaction to a biopsy they had referred me for last week and needed to see someone as soon as possible. After talking to other staff on the phone and another 20 minutes later she told me they would try to see me after all the other patients before they left for lunch. I’ve been on time to other appts. And still been treated rudely by the staff. Is it because I have an HMO? Or are they just rude to everyone? Very uncaring office - and sorry, thanks to Obamacare I am lucky to even be able to afford an HMO. Over $400 a month comes out of my check after my employer contribution and I rarely use my health care coverage. Then when I do - I can look forward to waiting two months for an appt., rude uncaring staff and a longer wait. A person could die waiting and they wouldn’t care!

I talked to the doctor she recommended three different test 2 of which were supposed to be taken the same day. After the nurse completed the 1st test and asked if I could ask the doctor I talked to further questions that were unanswered the nurse's immediate responds was "you'll have to make an appointment" this was after my 1hr and a half wait for the appointment I booked 3weeks in advanced and arrived 15minutes early for. I'll just have to ride this out and hope I don't need to go to the er. I've never experienced this in such a professional setting. I'm not coming back found a new clinician the very same day I.never wasted so much time than the day I booked an appointment here. You're better off going to a clinic than this place
